Steven was the right lawyer with the right stratagy to deal with them. First phone consultation Steven stated and it was evident he represents Boards and was familiar with the management company. Questions methodical delineating the event, management's position and the relevant evidence leading to a proposed strategy. The resulting letter to the Board combined selections from relevant legal documents and graphic evidence presented with a courteous but forceful tone reflecting his assessment of the strength of my case. The Board dropped the errant charge however had this gone to court I'm confident in the representation I would have received. This was not a easy case another experienced attorney suggested I pay the damages.
