I had a last minute issue and needed 2 graduation gowns immediately & there was no place in NYC that I could walk into and obtain one due to covid. Everywhere else was doing deliveries only which was inconvenient for me. I called and explained my situation. Traffic was going to put me at the location close to when It closed. The staff stayed as long as they could as they had another obligation but was in communication with me. I was able to make payment over the phone and they placed the item where I would be able to retrieve It although the gates were down and sent a photo to my phone. I came and the item was where they said It would be, with the receipt, properly packaged and was exactly what I wanted. I literally could cry! YOU GUYS WERE LIFE SAVERS ! The staff is atrociously rude and I was literally verbally accosted and yelled at for merely questioning a pricing policy which was delivered after the fact and which seemed exorbitant. I had her print on three different styles (see pictures attached) The tops needed a different screens: XS to L was a certain size then we sized up a tad for the XL to 4XL. The sizing she recommended was spot on. My graphic designer that also sells her own printed apparel was very please with the end product.
