The staff is atrociously rude and I was literally verbally accosted and yelled at for merely questioning a pricing policy which was delivered after the fact and which seemed exorbitant. As if the appalling behavior of the personnel/owner were not enough, the store is physically unappealing--a dark downstairs hovel which reeks of decay and depression. She gave me amazing guidance when it came to selecting the size for the print design. I had her print on three different styles (see pictures attached) The tops needed a different screens: XS to L was a certain size then we sized up a tad for the XL to 4XL. The sizing she recommended was spot on. My graphic designer that also sells her own printed apparel was very please with the end product. Overall I am extremely pleased with Eva's professionalism and I am looking forward to hiring her again.
