The service is A+ and the staff are obviously highly trained and have access to all the latest technologies. Dr Fruit himself is very easy to work with and takes his time when caring for you. It continued to bother me & changed the entire shape of my bite. I now have a gap in my front teeth. The quality of work was obviously quite poor. In grinding down the tooth to fit, because it was so large, it exposed all the metal underneath & eventually the cap broke off completely. Yesterday, after years of grief (not to mention the previous years of grief the original tooth had given me) I had that root canal extracted & a bone graft from all the subsequent infection & damage.

Only to find out they couldn't finish before by next appointment. The lady said I checked in at 10:30, I said no I've been here 30 minutes!!! She apologized, I got my refund and left! No explanation, no phone call. I called the office 3 times to clarify...they said they would call back.NEVER happened! And the Dr. expected ME to pay...I did, because I didn't want to have a collection agency after me. He didn't even come out and talk to me. Let his staff handle it. Not a gentleman at all.
