However, they also do all the medical procedures, proscribe meds, etc. I find it just a better way of looking at my health and wellness. I have used a number of clinics/drs/do's over the years. In the Eau Claire area I find the Pine Grove practice to be the best for me.

Then I received a bill in the mail 2 months after the visit with a "balance forward" and amount due, but no explanation as to what the money was for (about 40% of the total cost of the visit). I called them, and they were very helpful in explaining that they ordered services for me that were not covered under my insurance. The explanation was very wonderful, and the billing department was very thorough in following up and explaining what the charges were for, but I don't understand why what was covered by insurance was not considered. Maybe it's just a sign of the times and our declining health care system as a whole.

They'll even accept medicaid and medicare for folks who are really hard off. I'll be honest with you, the idea of doctors who are still working on their residency sort of wigged me out. After a trip into the dentist's chair, however, all doubts vanished from my mind. The doctors who worked on me were polite, professional, and completely spot-on in the care they provided. Upon her awesome Providers retiring she contacted Pine Grove to inquire about retaining a new Provider,one that would agree to her ongoing pain management plan.. Megan agreed to help my daughter provide compassionate, comparable care. Unfortunately that was short-lived and in a matter of weeks Megan Nordquist decided to DANGEROUSLY reduce her medications with the intentions of discontinuing her medication... My daughter was abruptly stopped,no warning,no safe titering, no other plans to reduce her pain, NOTHING! Now my daughter's life consists of living in her dark bedroom suffering in bed with excruciating pain, no grocery shopping,no restaurants,no family birthdays or school functions, her life is basically non existent.I AM APPALLED AND DISGUSTED that a person could be treated with such cruelty and utter inhumane treatment, I honestly believe people's dogs are treated better with chronic pain than the law abiding disabled,cancer patients, etc...I hope and pray that no one has to experience this pain without help or watch a loved one deteriorate right before their eyes...This behavior is shameful and unexcusable....

It wasn't a long ways out to get blood work. She reminded me of a "mom figure" since my mom is very mentally ill and not really in my life. I really appreciate her. I think people make it a thing that you have to be rude now a days. And being rude doesn't make people wanna come back. Being rude puts the person there seeing in a horrible mood, and kinda ruin there day.

I have been going to Mayo Clinic for most of my life, and as far as the general hospital goes, the…read morecare has been more than adequate. Since 2020 however, I have seen a rapid decline in care at the emergency department. Since starting college, I've had to make trips to the ER on roughly 5 situations, mostly heart related, and most recently for a concussion. The last 3 times I've gone in have had terribly similar end results; showing up with emergent symptoms, waiting upwards of half an hour to be triaged, and a minimum of 2 hours before seeing a doctor. Today, I was waiting for 3 hours to be seen, brought back and was set in the hallway, and sat there an hour before Dr. Aaron Triplett came to tell me that they would not be running any tests, didn't even check me out to see what had happened that caused the concussion. This is following a previous visit to urgent care in which I was initially diagnosed with the concussion, and was told if symptoms continued to get worse to go to the ER immediately for a CT and MRI. After a few days, symptoms continued getting worse, my vision fading from blurry to shaky, pain level increasing exponentially throughout each day, and having more symptoms pop up before going to the ER today. After 3 hours of waiting, I was more than just let down that the people who's job it is to take care in being thorough, will be willing to cut corners and outright deny looking into why my walking has now gotten to be borderline scary, feeling like I'm going to fall every step. But they'd rather have one less patient to deal with, so they sent me home with nothing more than a lighter wallet. Would not recommend the Emergency Department at Mayo Clinic Eau Claire

I was assured that this location would be able to assist me with my immune disorder that I have was an offsite be no different than going to Mayo in Minnesota. I then drove four hours there spent the night in the hotel wasted over $300 and eight hours and driving just to get there and be told immediately by the physician that they cannot assist me with my medical issue as it's too complicated, this is behind upsetting. As I communicated with the office prior to coming out about my situation and was assured that I could get help at this location.
