I brought my custom made wedding tux to them a couple of days after my wedding. Dropped the tux off…read moreon 9/11, I called special attention to the collar of my custom shirt due to some stains. The woman at the desk acknowledged the stain and put a sticker on it and said they'd take care of it. I went to pick it up a few days later and found my white shirt to have what looked like a grease stain on it. Again, the woman at the front desk was super sweet and apologized and said they'd take care of it. Few days later, my wife went to pick it up. Same stains still existed on the shirt. Never received a phone call stating they couldn't remove the stains or anything. Told my wife to come back in a few days and said they would again, take care of it. I went to pick up my shirt on 9/26. Once again, the stains were still there. This time I was met with a gentleman. He was rude and more or less said they couldn't do anything. I explained that the shirt in which they ruined, was worn once under my vest and was over $200 custom made for my wedding. He was more or less getting nasty with me even though their machine ruined the shirt. He asked if I wanted them to use a chemical clean to try and remove the stain, in which case I said just fix my shirt. Went to pick it up today. 13 days later, stain was not removed. Throughout this whole process, not a single phone call, not a message. Nothing. They ruined my shirt that I only wore ONCE during my wedding and had custom made with embroidery on it. I understand accidents happen but ruining someone's clothes and taking no responsibility for it is a business I refuse to ever give my business to again. For something so sentimental and expensive, the lack of care and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this cleaner if you value your clothing or expect basic professionalism.

The result were beautiful place cards that my guests loved. Over the years, we have worked closely on different projects. Pauline is a woman of many talents; she helped me to create a logo for my business in 2018. She combined her calligraphy talents with graphic design to make a modern, sleek, elegant logo that gave a fresh touch to my business. Most recently, Pauline created the welcome sign for my mother's birthday party. I wanted the sign to match the decor of the restaurant, so we worked together to find the perfect colors. The result was gorgeous. I would highly recommend Pauline for all your needs from envelopes to place cards to chalk boards to welcome signs to favors, etc. She's so pleasant, talented, sweet, and passionate about her craft. They shaved gold from my setting and made it thinner, and also gave me less sturdy prongs for my diamond. They tried to deny what they did, but I had the shank replaced elsewhere not long before , because another jeweler thinned it out. I also made the jeweler bring out the old prongs to compare. They did make the corrections after I fought with them, but it never should have had to fight to have my ring fixed in the first place. Please remember to: Have your jewelry formally appraised. Buy diamonds that are certified by GIA with a serial number engraved on your diamond, so it can't be switched . Bring your paperwork with you and review your diamond through the microscope yourself to confirm your laser etched serial number.
