So much more merchandise, full-on groceries, produce and meat, etc. The inventory in all areas (in addition to newly added sections) has grown considerably with many new items and updated display fixtures throughout the store. Even the in-house Starbucks got a facelift. It's more spacious with lot's of indoor seating alongside new windows. This is just another example of how much Montrose has grown over the past couple of years. All good for our economy and the job market (so long as they hire more employees). On any given day there have only been 2 to 3 max checkers and the lines can get super long! Last time I was there you still couldn't use the self-checkout, but perhaps that's changed. Although the return journey from Delta to Rifle was somewhat extended, the positive interactions with dedicated and caring staff made it entirely worthwhile.
