Honestly it took me a while to make this review but here it goes. I kept seeing the store front in…read morethe neighborhood and decided to give it a chance. The owner of the store was pleasant but the real issue is the deception that ensued. So i bought a pair of size 10 yeezy static's from this store. (One shoe was in that key arcade machine that scams people the other was in the back. Something was off about this shoe in general. The soles were yellow and the owner told me "the soles of yeezys don't stay Icy for long because of oxidization". Well why put a shoe in a arcade machine with a light beeming on it? I paid 450 for the pair when he told me that he would see about a cleaning to turn the soles back white. So i left being naïve about the sneaker industry a friend pointed out that i might need to look online to legit check these shoes. And it turns out that shoes were indeed fakes! I was pretty disturbed about this issue and contacted the store about the issue and what i got was all sales are final. This man is a complete scam artist and this is why sneaker stores in Fayetteville don't make it long due to credibility. I highly suggest don't go in this store at all. There's plenty other options out there that very affordable for your hard earn cash and won't price gauge you to sell you fakes‼

I took my mom…read morein to the store today in Fayetteville and she is visiting from Utah, thinking that this was a store with good values and a positive message. She spent a good amount of money there, but when looking at the receipt while I was checking out at the register with my items, she realized that she accidentally bought a shirt that she meant to put back because it didn't fit her. I explained to the "manager" Stephanie that an honest mistake just happened, we hadn't even left the store and she just left the counter, she only just bought the item. Stephanie quickly started raising her voice saying that there is absolutely no refunds she can only do exchanges and that we should have read the sign and there were no exceptions and that she should have looked at her purchase before she paid for it. When I said she literally just made the purchase she rolled her eyes looked at the other employee sighing and was giving me this blank emotionless expression like "and your point is"... she started to tell me that it wasn't even my purchase so I shouldn't be in the argument, but it was my mother's purchase and being a paying customer I am absolutely going to stand by my mother. I told her I didn't like her tone and she started yelling at me being condescending and saying no you just don't like what I am telling you. She was yelling at me to where all the customers in the store were watching what was happening. I asked to speak with the manager she said I am the manager so I asked for her managers number. She just hands me a card with an email address on it, I said this is not the managers number, she said that she wasn't going to give me the managers number. I am completely disappointed and upset with our experience and Stephanie needs to learn customer service skills and in my opinion should not be in customer service because if she is treating us like that she is treating everyone that way. I understand a no refund policy but cmon she literally just left the register it's not as if we went home and then came back she only just bought the item 30 seconds before. It was completely out of line for Stephanie to treat us with utter disrespect and loud attitude and she will never get my business. I am awaiting a response from the manager to which I sent an email.
