The actual store NEVER has bras or clothing in sizes needed, so they push the online orders. I have not bought clothing from this store in 10 years but i have a large bra size that i have yet to find anywhere else carry online or in store. Ordered from home and only one bra arrived, took months to get $ back to my card. Ordered in store eith card and same happened but more like 6 months to get my money back. I ordered four bras on July 1, paid cash. Was told they should be here on 5th. I called the 5th, were not here and was told by store employee i would recieve phone call. I called about 2pm on 7th, they say they have my order. I artive at store at 7pm, and only 2 of my 4 bras are in package. it is now 8:56pm and i am still sitting in store with them trying to figure out a resolution. Supposedly i was sent an e gift card for a cancelled item that i paid cash for but no record of such email, nor such record of an email for my items arrival notice. The store now closes in 3 minutes and i am sitting here highly upset with a 5 year old, for two hours. The sales asso iate is trying her best, but i did not pay with a gift card or an e gift card. i paid with cash in case i had the same issues from the pasy i should be able to get a refund. Now i am being told it will be at least 7 business days until i will be sent an egift card or an actual gift card, or a check, when i have refused all three offers of payment. seeing that i have already paid for my items. The sales associate in store kept telling me over and over that i would have my $ refunded to my card with 3 times me telling her i paid cash. The entire system they have to deal with their mishaps is a failure for customer service. I will spend tomorrow finding another place to purchase my bras.

I find nice clothing that washes well for a great price. I like the quality of the shoes and handbags for the price. I think it's nice that they always come around the counter to hand you your bag instead of shoving it at you over the tall counter. They always invite you back, and thank you for coming in. If you are ever looking at something you want and do not see your size tell one of them because they will call another store and have them hold the item for you.

He was very helpful finding me the suit I wanted. I even bought a few other things i saw while I was in there. They have a small selection of shoes that are convenient to purchase there. I had to special order a few things. Tailoring and orders take about a week. The only negatives to me would be the store feels a little cramped with the amount of merchandise in the store. The prices are also slightly high. If you want something cheaper i guess you could go to the mall nearby, but i don't think you'll get the same staff experience level.

There must have been at least 6-10 employees putzing around the store and not a single one approached me asking if they could help me or even smiling/saying hello. I have worked in customer service and understand "faking it" can be exhausting, but these employees all wore scowls, brushed past me with out saying excuse me and were completely unapproachable. Of course, they were all to happy to be loud and obnoxious amongst their fellow employees. Not only that, but the store was FILTHY. Dust, debris and dirt everywhere (I was constantly sneezing) and the disorganization of clothes and accessories was out of this world. I will never go back.

The store is clean and bright. There is a large selection of items to choose from but mainly for…read moremen. We were walking around and killing time waiting for a table for dinner nearby. We looked at boots and clothes and hats. A male employee spoke to us about some work boots and was trying a little too hard to sell a particular brand. My Husband wears cowboy boots on an everyday basis, and also steel toed ones for work, so I know we will be in again at some point.
