This is one of the most popular estate agents in West Cornwall. I say that because nearly every house that you see with a For Sale sign up, it's usually a Marshalls sign! The staff in the Penzance branch are polite, friendly and efficient. Having asked them for a recent valuation, I got very good service, free of charge (I actually needed a market appraisal which meant they had to write up the price and explain why). The branch manager turned up, was very good at explaining what the property was worth, what services they offer, and generally was an all around nice guy. On a later visit to the branch to obtain another copy of this report, he was not there, but the staff helped enormously and found a copy for me.
