I hate estate agents!! I have both sold, bought and rented and had to use them, they are always poor to bad to just useless. SO why are they all not like PDQ?? This agent does what it says on the tin!! REF !! Reliable! Efficient! Friendly! This agent is a breath of fresh air, I have never come across an estate agent who falls over backwards to help. Just listed a property with them, Chris (the boss) had been waiting months to take photos to list the property but due to our builder taking forever to finish, we were delayed being able to list the property, but at the last minute ( Last Saturday morning) I called the office, to say it was just about ready to hand the keys over, the office were very helpful, but said Chris was not in the office as it was his weekend off, but said they would contact him. Within 40 min, I had a knock on the door, it was Chris, at that point the phone rang it was the office to tell me they had got hold of Chris and he was on his way!! Unheard of!! an Agent who turns up, and telephones you as well in less than an hour!! Chris was great, discussed the details, explained everything he was going to do, I handed over the keys, he took an outside photo, and the property was on-line within the hour, he said he would call back once we had finished the cleaning to do some more internal photos, as I was due to leave the property and return home as soon as I had finished cleaning. Sunday morning!! yes Sunday morning Chris appeared surprised to find me still cleaning, took a few more photos but said he would return after lunch to do the last ones. What agent turns up on a Sunday to take photos?? Sure enough Chris returned, to find me loading the car!! he even helped move the bags!! took his photos, and before I had got back home, the property was listed and popped up on my phone.
