This is my full update review (I have removed my prior). TL;DR at bottom…read more I saw Doctor Chimes around one year ago for intense hip and back pain. Right away, it was clear he cares more about his personal time than his patients. He told me he wanted yes or no answers and not explanations to his questions (and wouldn't really let me explain things in full even when it would clarify things). After my MRI, which showed multiple spinal issues (bulging, herniated, parse defect, which is a fracture) and bursitis in the hip, he gave me a shot for the bursitis that had already begun healing on its own. During this time, I continually try to tell him the pain is not in the location of the bursitis anymore. He continually ignores or even speaks over me. At the end, I am again trying to tell him I feel pain elsewhere in my hip even though there is a little reduction after the shot (but I was numbed, so of course it would hurt less). To test my pain, he had me stand up from my chair...once. Worse, when we were done and I was alone in the room, when I tried to get up to put my pants on, the pain was so intense I collapsed. This pain happened again when I got home and tried to take one step up the stairs. During our last appointment, instead of listening to me, he tells me "Your pain doesn't match the MRI", and that tells me I'm about to be dismissed, but then it got worse. He continues with, "In his professional opinion, you just need internal pelvic floor PT". Why? Because I'm a woman...and he asked me 2 or 3 YES or NO questions around sex and did not let me explain the answers... I told him I didn't think so, but he disagreed. Well, after speaking with a Pelvic Floor specialist, she disagreed with his assessment. So, instead of doing that, I went to Evergreen Sports and Spine and met with a new doctor who actually took my pain seriously. With his help and a new PT, another MRI of my hip WITH contrast (he was surprised that Dr. Chimes didn't order contrast as it's needed for specific tears in the hip), we found that I had a CAM Morphology, that should have been showing up on my other X-rays and MRIs, but apparently weren't spotted and/or reported...and that I had a tear in the Labrum of my right hip. Later, they also found I had a small pincer as well. So, a double impingement. I had to have surgery because the surgeon I spoke with next agreed that the tear was too large to not do surgery if I wanted to not be in pain. No arguing. No trying to talk me out of it. They immediately agreed it was the best course of action. I had surgery April 2nd of 2024 to remove my CAM and the Pincer they found, and then repair the labrum. While I'm still in recovery, my pain is down 80% of the time outside of flareups when I over exercise during my strength training. I would never send a woman to him, as she will be dismissed. I was in so much pain that I was crying after collapsing at the office during my last visit. The only reason I am giving this location a 2-star is because the women at the front were incredibly nice. This review is leaving out a lot of other smaller issues I had during my short time there. Maybe if you're a man, it'll be worth it, but if you're a woman, go elsewhere. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this office or Dr. Chimes. TL;DR, Dr. Chimes ignored what I said and then gave a sexist course of action due to my gender. New doctor 2 months later discovered the issue and that I needed hip surgery to remove two bone defects and a tear in my labrum. I have now had surgery and am doing well in recovery with a large reduction in pain.

I started seeing her for low and mid back pain that would cause my back to go out several times a year and leave me not doing much as I recovered. I've tried massage therapy, chinese chiropractic, and acupuncture for years to make it better. Not one thing really healed it, but would make it so I could get back to daily activities and normal life for a while... always kind of waiting to see what the next thing was that would make my back go out again... Then a friend referred me to Jordan-I was skeptical as chiropractic experiences in the past were less than helpful, a tad scary, and even made the problem worse. My friend filled me in a little on how the ART way of chiropractic is different and I scheduled in with her the next day, because SOMETHING HAD TO GIVE. I'm not kidding when I say I felt immediate relief after the first visit. The evaluation that Jordan walked me through helped identify spots throughout my body that were tight and stressed... after I left her office that first time I kind of walked around in a daze for a solid two hours because I was not in pain ANYWHERE, and I couldn't remember the last time my body felt that good and normal. As the weekly visits continued I just kept feeling better and better. My form at the gym improved by leaps and bounds-and the VERY BEST PART is moving about daily no longer in fear of something making my back go out. Jordan is the most intuitive healer I have ever met in my life. She is so knowledgeable in how our bodies move and is genuinely invested in helping her clients bodies operate on a high level. She isn't there to prescribe drugs and send you on your way... she isn't there to send you off to surgery like too many doctors I have encountered in the past... she is doing her thing every day to help. It blows my mind each and every visit... Which, by the way, are monthly now because I no longer NEED to see her, but I enjoy it so much when I do!!!! These are the things she has helped me work through... *low and mid back pain *dizziness *shoulder pain *hip issues(this wound up being the root of my back issues) *foot pain( I was convinced I had arthritis in my foot, but she knew better) *neck pain(I can move my neck freely now) She helped my daughter through chronic constipation issues, and my other daughter through pain in her calves and ankles that she experienced every time she ran. I hope this review helps get anyone that is even slightly hesitant to seek out help for different issues into her office. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Brand. We appreciate her more than words can describe for changing our lives for the better. AMAZING!!! SUMPLY AMAZING!!!!!!!! ONE MILLION STARS FOR DR JORDAN BRAND!

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and calming. He is friendly and efficient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to really listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained what was going on, and outlined a clear, personalized treatment plan. I have never felt rushed or pressured--just genuinely cared for. Upon our first meeting, his knowledge and expertise were immediately evident and he made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. After just a few sessions, I noticed a significant improvement in my pain levels, mobility, and overall well-being. The adjustments were precise and effective, and I appreciated the additional advice on posture, stretching, and long-term care. If you're looking for someone who is skilled, attentive, and truly dedicated to helping you feel your best, this is the place to go! I'm incredibly grateful for the care that I've received and will definitely continue coming back.

I haven't had much, if any, neck issues since then. And even if I get some flare ups, I feel confident to resolve that with the exercises he's given me, and it resolves within a week (usually less). I recently started having really bad lower back pain for about the last 1-2 months and I finally made an appt to see him today. Zach gave me such an informative rundown on the root issues and the assessment was spot-on to my bad [posture] habits. He assured me in the way I needed it and again gave me the proper tools and exercises to feel confident that I can tackle this. I left feeling much less stiffness and tension in my lower back bc he spent some time loosening it up and adjusting my back. Can't say enough wonderful things about the guy and his knowledge. I already recommended him to some of my gfs.

At that point in time the pain was bearable and I did not have the money to go for a surgery. The pain gradually got worse and I went to Dr Schuster here in Seattle with the prior diagnosis and tests. Dr Schuster made me undergo multiple more tests which cost me thousands of dollars while my pain increased. Finally when all the tests confirmed that the diagnosis by the Doctor in Phoenix was right , he mentioned that he was not specialized to do the surgery and that he would recommend another doctor who could do this surgery. He assured me that he had great relationship with this doctor and that he would be able to get him to see me quickly. This "Recommended" surgeon who by the way had poor online reviews could only see me after 3 months and when calls and messages to Dr Schuster went unanswered, I went to another doctor to get my surgery. Stay away!! from this guy unless you want to spend a fortune on useless clinical visits and tests.

I was not his fan at first because he was my second Doctor that I have seen after hit and run accident that occurred in June. I did not understand why he has spent lots of time to ask me questions and measured my neck, my back, my movements and testing my pain areas. I have chronic pain from the accident. I am struggling to get myself out of my bed every morning to do simple things without pain med, therefore I do not care whether the doctor nice to me or not. All I care if he can help to ease my pain. The reason I continue to see Doctor Musnick because his laser treatment help my rib. After I seen few more different doctors, I realized this Doctor is a good man. HE CARES for his patient 's well being. He took his time to listen my concerns. He patiently explained and interpreted my MRI report which I had no clue what those medical terms meant. I have really crabby insurance who constantly refused to pay for my treatments. Therefore I have to pay cash. I think his service charges are reasonable to cheaper than other MD. I took 1* away because I have hard time to book my appointment. He started off the conversation by telling me that he was sure that I wanted to hear his credentials. I said no, I just wanted to get started. He proceeded to take over 5 minutes to list his own accomplishments. During the conversation he would ask me a question. I would start to answer and get about 3 or 4 words out and he would hold out his hand in a "stop" position and tell me to stop. At one point I kept talking to finish my sentence. He yelled at me to stop. He talked me in a condescending manner, like I had no idea about my own thoughts. Most of the discussion was him talking to himself as he typed on his computer. I told him at the beginning of the discussion that I had anxiety and needed him to just tell me the necessary things I needed to know. He began listing all of the things that could be wrong with me. When I asked him to stop because of my anxiety he barked at me to stop talking and continued to talk to himself about additional things that could be wrong. Using outdated lab results, He became fixated on the idea that I had a autoimmune disorder without any current testing. When I told him that these results had been remedied and there were more current lab tests, he told me to stop talking. Instead of taking the time to wait to get new lab tests, He actually put an autoimmune disorder on my medical chart right then, without any concrete evidence. Later, with another doctor, it was determined that I did not have a disorder at all! It is a dangerous thing to diagnose and report without evidence. My friend had come with me to the appointment and I texted her to come back into the office because he was scaring me. He told her to sit down and not talk. When she tried to ask a question on my behalf, he barked at her to stop talking! He ordered unnecessary tets that uktimately showed he was wrong. I did not go back to him, but other doctors were able to tell me the good news. They were shocked that the diagnosis was already on my record and it was wrong! I have dealt with other arrogant doctors and I can bite my tongue if there is progress. There was no progress, only unnecessary worry and money. I feel this man is dangerous! On another note, when my friend was sitting in the waiting room, the office staff was having a loud debate about whether fingernails or toenails grow faster, then they started playing tag in the waiting room. A woman came in to buy supplements. When she left they openly mocked her.
