The billing department is impossible to get ahold of so I'm having trouble getting that charge reversed or talking to anyone about it. Dr Suh is nice and professional enough but this office seems to be solely about getting paid. I'm paying for the extra appointment, cutting my losses and taking my business elsewhere in the future. Update: Dr. Suh has responded and furthered my point about money being the primary focus for his practice therefore I am lowering this to one star. He also did not address my issues trying to contact billing which I've faced multiple times and see others have issues as well. The staff was quick, efficient, and we felt like we received genuinely good care each time. In both cases, we ended up needing referrals to other providers, but the urgent care team handled everything professionally and helped us get pointed in the right direction. One of the biggest advantages for us is the location -- it's so close to our house that we could walk there if needed, which is incredibly convenient in stressful situations. Hopefully we won't need to use them again anytime soon, and obviously I'm not recommending anyone need urgent care if they can avoid it. A female doctor opened, and I was a bit skeptical as she was younger, but I gave her a shot. I liked her during my time with her but when I received my bill it was coded in an odd order to which my insurance said I would not of been billed for this amount if the Doctor had just put the "office visit code" first rather than her putting a code at the top which made it seem as if she was diagnosing me for mental health disorders to which she did not. The doctor's office denied my claim instead of just simply putting codes in different order. I am stuck with a large bill now and a very horrible experience. Swedish needs to do better....
