Others are as good or better than the name-brand product you normally buy. That is not to say you won't find some name-brand foods here. You can get your Pepsi and Coke products (whew!), candy bars, and a lot of meats that you'll be expecting. Don't look for an enormous cereal aisle, though. It accept cards, food stamps, cash, and checks (unless your name is blacklisted at the register for bouncing checks).
