The store is independent and family owned, and isn't a big corporation like Gamestop. The people who work there are nice and friendly, and will help you with anything that you need. It's almost as if I was at home. The ONLY complaint that I have is that some of their products are a tiny bit overpriced, but you get what you pay for without a doubt. I seen a flyer they had up for their lucky dog card so I informed the cashier I would like to use my lucky dog card. She supposedly voided my first transaction and re-ran my card, but it turns out she didn't void the transaction and I was charged twice later in the day. I went back to the lucky dog to speak with the manager. He wasn't there. I spoke with a nice gentleman that was working the cash register. He called the owner . I spoke with the owner. He got smart with me over the phone and told me he will be there shortly. He's on his way so I waited. Some little goofy a$$ dude comes in, walks up to me, gets in my face and starts to belittle me about how I made a mistake like no I didn't make a mistake. Your cashier made the mistake and I want my $30 that I was overcharged well he said he will not be refunding me my money and to get out of his store at that point I was extremely angry, I will never go to the lucky dog again dude low-key racist, and a crook as far as I'm concerned.

This location is the budget moving truck rental return location in the area. They provide no…read morecustomer service as I called them 5 days straight during normal hours and left multiple messages and they didnt answer or return my calls once. They have limited working hours, which resulted in me getting a fee because I returned it "after hours" even though I returned at the 11:30 am which was what my reservation stated was the drop off time. We were also charged a cleaning fee even though we swept the cargo area and wiped down the cab. We actually left it in a cleaner state than what we recieved, but were charged a fee. Wish we had taken pictures because when calling corporate about the lack of response it became a "he said she said". Be cautious with them as they like adding fees. Go with some other moving truck company in this area if you want to avoid head aches.

The three employees (including the manager) are very helpful and are willing to help you get to a reasonable payout if you're trading and price when you're buying. The store has a good amount of inventory at hard to beat prices. My problems start with the owner. To explain this best I have been trading in things here for a while now trying to declutter my house for my mental health. I didn't want to just give it away nor have the space to do a yard sale, so I go to page 3 to get at least a little for what is usually a lot. Last time I came, the owner (who basically does all trade ins if he is there) was there and looked through my stuff, as he is done and says there is not much he is interested in (fair) he said he would do a couple dollars for the things he picked out (once again fair) but as he looks through my discs he hits them against a glass case which is not good for either the glass case or discs. Note he did not buy the discs,they were not his, I asked politely please do not hit my things against the table, he said he did not and I didn't think more of it. Then I asked for help looking for a game and he said if it's not on the shelf we don't have it, I tried to explain my eyesight wasn't the best that day and may need help, which was absolutely shrugged off. After that (yes there is more) I picked up a few games and asked if I could trade the two games for the two items I had and asked how much the sports games were, I asked the question about the two games and was shot down immediately then asked about one and was shot down again,not even told how much it would be after my trade credit was applied which wasn't even told to me at the time. Then I asked about the sports games, and he once again hit the games against the counter and said $10 which isn't terrible but I felt disrespected and when he went to another customer I grabbed my stuff including what I had intended on trading and left the premises. I think I was treated this way because I haven't used cash in a while and have only used trade credit to get my items which is unacceptable when the store only gets merchandise FROM trades and it is a tough time to use cash and after I had shopped from this store for YEARS. I still plan to shop at this store for the atmosphere and assortment of pop culture items and video games but I do not recommend dealing with the owne
