You'll do yourself a big favor to read all of this review. And a much bigger favor to be sure and choose AC for your new TRS! I got quotes from 5 contractors, and AC was far and away The Best! They were the only one to give me in depth materials showing me exactly what TRS I was getting. With synthetic underlayment over the entire roof, starter shingles and drip edge/gutter apron along the edges, hip ridge shingles across the peak, ice and water shield in the valleys, new box roof vents, and new lead plumbing boots, my entire roof's TRS is brand new and ready for any weather! Will and Colin were Fantastic! I couldn't have asked for better or more! They went above and beyond on all matters. Will, the Manager, was my main contact person, and was very knowledgeable, very responsive to my many questions, and very easy to work with. Colin was very helpful and easy to work with too; he even created a support for a spot of my vaulted ceiling with its prior damage to avoid further injury! Their gutter specialist Josh (and his friend) even fixed old issues with my downspouts and dented gutters, and removed an old whiskey rain barrel for me, reinstalling the original downspout. They even rehung a series of zig zag, leaking gutters that wouldn't drain properly over my front door! Will and Colin showed me photos on their large TV in their new showroom off Nandino of other roofs they had done, with various colors, etc., and helped me pick out the best color for my home. Cassa in their office helped me multiple times on the phone and via email, and helped me file my 10 year full, 40 year prorated, warranty with OC. Will had gone through potential upgrades, including a 50 warranty option, etc. And AC gave me a 5 warranty on their workmanship. And to top it off, they gave me far and away the best final price, beating all others by over $1,000! I am so happy I picked them, because there is not a doubt in my mind: They Are Absolutely The BEST! Heh, tell them Tom D sent you. Maybe I'll get some referral checks! And I couldn't be happier to send you to AC. You'll be extremely happy you did.

I had a shower re-grout and seal, dishwasher adjustment, and handrail reinforcement done recently…read more Kris Hunt and his son are good people. They do good work, for the most part. The main issue I have, and one that is entirely my fault, is the labor cost. I always get three quotes. Always. But, I've been really busy traveling for work lately and I got into a hurry. I didn't do it this time. That's on me. But, I will share with you my experience to hopefully help you make an informed decision. The shower looks great. I don't have a problem with the workmanship on that. But the initial thought of the work that needed to be done was modified while the work was being done, and the remedy was not as involved as initially thought. I probably should have requested a change order at that point but again, I was in Salt Lake City for a week and time got away from me. I thought the modification should have saved a little money. Kris disagreed. Again, they're good people. Maybe it did turn out to cost the exact same as initially thought. Seems strange to me, but maybe. When Kris explained the final cost it just struck me as high. Kris texted that, "We charge $150 an hour" for labor. Again, this is on me for not doing my due diligence. I agreed to the price. I paid it. Kris cashed the check. Business was done. But, reflecting, $150 an hour for labor is high. Really high. Some might say excessive. It is about twice as high as the highest I've ever seen. Just keep that in mind as the hours add up on a project. It's gonna cost you. The issue I had with the workmanship was missed spots on the painting. It was not well done. I think they might have rushed that and to be honest, I'm gonna have to be ok with that because every hour was costing me $150. I can paint. I'll get to that this weekend. Does leave a bad taste in my mouth, however, after paying such a high labor cost and painting is, well, labor after all. I provided the paint. Look, if you have unlimited funds, I think they're a decent option. Not really sure how to rate them but I do think affordability should factor into a rating as well. So I'm going to go midway on this one. Good people, mixed workmanship, with nosebleed high labor costs.

Cooperative: Allowed me to purchase the door and benefit from shopping around. Timely: Arrived ahead of scheduled time and had it completed quicker than I had anticipated. Quite something these days. When we signed a contract with this company, I was told someone would be in touch to get us scheduled for the installation of our garage door and that it was 1-2 weeks out for installation. No problem with that. But I never received a call to get us on the schedule. I had to reach back out to the company twice to get it scheduled. 2. Once I was scheduled, I never heard from the company again. I received no confirmation call in the days prior to the installation. 3. I was scheduled for installation at 8:00 am on a Monday. I reached out to the company at 8:30 when no one had shown up, and I was told they had a meeting that ran 30 mintues over, but that the team was on their way. They did not show up until 9:30 ( an hour and 30 minutes after my scheduled install time). 4. The same afternoon we had the door installed, there were issues with it catching and not opening/closing properly. 5. I was scheduled for the service team to come out and work on the door the following Thursday at 8:30 am. I made the simple request for the company to call me in advance to let me know they were on their way (I do not live at the location where the service was being performed). Not only did I not receive any sort of call, but the team arrived at 8:00. I only know this because the tenants who live at the location texted me. Zero contact efforts were made on the company's behalf, even though I am the owner of the property. I then called in to speak wiht the manager (Chance) and let him know how displeased I was with the service from the company. It was a very disappointing and disgraceful call as he simply wanted to make excuses for the lack of courtesy and respect I was being shown rather than take ownership of the situation. I am giving a 2 star purely because the installers were lovely and I do not hold them accountable for the lack of professionalism by the "leaders" of the company. The door is okay quality if it decides to work properly mving forward. Time will tell on that one. Needless to say, we will not be using or recommending this company for any furhter or future projects. Disgraceful.
