Took a tour of the Marshalls Factory this week (December 2025). An absolute joy, the history and facilities are amazing. We were made welcome the moment we walked in and Steve our tour guide was a font of knowledge and so interesting, he made the tour an excellent experience and would highly recommend to anyone. A personal joy as I have lived in Bletchley/Milton Keynes all my life (Now 62), seeing Marshalls expand and grow, but still stay true to the area. Thanks Marshalls & Steve. read more

Took a tour of the Marshall Factory yesterday in Bletchley. We had an amazing time. A lot of history and gear that can only be seen during the on-site tour, and of course all manner of Marshall amplifiers, including the first JTM45 the Mr. Marshall built/produced and the amp from the movie Spinal Tap the goes to 11. Our tour guide Steve was very well versed on every aspect of the factory processes. He was also very professional and cordial and had a myriad of great stories for various museum pieces. Thanks for a great experience Steve! Cheers! We also toured the newly built Marshall recording studio. Very comprehensive live recording/performance space and they have a wonderful Neve desk from the 1970s in pristine condition that produces truly transparent and exquisite recordings. I very much prefer utilizing the older Neve desks when able. My wife and I are celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary and wrapping up a 3 month tour of Europe and heading back to the U.S.A. next week. The Marshall Factory tour was most definitely one of the highpoints of our journey. Very highly recommended. read more

One of the most amazing tours I have ever been on, our Tour guide Phil was fantastic!!! He made my girlfriend and I feel just like rock stars!!! We were shown around the entire factory, except the wood shop...safety first. He gave us intricate details on how the machines operated, what jobs were performed and what kind of man Jim Marshall was! His knowledge and passion were unrivaled. We got to meet Mark, the quality control specialist. His stories helped show what kind of incredible company he worked for. The King of electric guitar amplification. Most of the sounds of Rock were recorded on Marshall Amps. I can only give 5 stars, I wish more were possible. I was a fan since I heard the first note from Jimi Hendrix, and remain a fan to the present moment. Thank you Jim Marshall for changing music as we know it. read more
