Because Good News is situated in the heart of Soho, where all of London's hippest fashion houses, production companies and media firms are generally based, it needs to offer it's clients something different. Sure, you can get the usual paper, a juice and a bag of crisps but I've never seen so many magazines. If your looking for fashion, music, business or art, they have every single commercial, weird and underground paper and magazine you can imagine and even stock some industry mags as well like Music Week for example. Although I don't work in Soho anymore, if I pass this shop, I always stop by and pick up a magazine I know I can't get anywhere else...

The shop itself is a newsagents and offers a very wide selection of confectionary, magazines, newspapers and stationary. However they also run a fantastic daily newspaper delivery service to the surrounding villages. We have received a daily paper from them for over 20 years. They are also friendly shopkeepers, and always welcoming when entering the shop. All in all a highly recommended service to anyone new coming into the area who wants a reliable paper delivery service.

The location normally means that it is very popular with all of the locals, especially at weekends when everyone wants to take the dog for a walk and pop in to get the paper. There always seems to be a dog or 2 outside waiting for their owner to return. The shop has recently had a bit of a facelift, so its now laid out a lot better making it easier to get around the shop, especially if you have a pram! On one side of the shop is a huge array of newspapers, magazines and stationary, and on the other side is sift drinks and confectionary.
