Since I wanted a special order of margarita cupcakes, I sent her an email to see if that would be possible. I received a quick and enthusiastic yes! Oh wow were her cupcakes fabulous - and she told me when she delivered that this was her first time making them - you wouldn't have known that by how perfect they were, down to the small slice of real sugared lime on top. My colleagues raved and several may have had more than two cupcakes when I wasn't looking. Her frosting was the perfect balance of sweet without being heavy.
