This is a "NO KILL" shelter for dogs and cats... strays, drop-offs or abandoned are all welcomed…read morehere and cared for without prejudice. I came here by searching online with intentions of rescuing/adopting a feline friend for life. Initially I thought it would be easy to decide but the moment I stepped into the room my heart dropped. Having been a previous owner of a feline I knew what it was to care for one but nothing prepared me for this. All eyes were on me and ears alert as if to say..."pick me"..."take me home". Well, it's been about 2 mos. with almost daily visits and coming to know many of them by their name and I still haven't decided. Many people are telling me to let them pick you but I can't take a dozen of them! I'm open to suggestions but meantime I'll keep visiting and helping this animal shelter. I'm still visiting my feline friends & 99.9% sure with my decision on two felines "Duke" & "Tinker Bell"!

Extremely questionable practices here. It appears as if they have no intention of getting these…read moreanimals adopted out or the intention is to make it as difficult as possible. I went there after looking on the website at their dogs and seeing how long many of these dogs have been at APR. When I walked in on 5/8/26 around opening time at noon and expressed I was interested in adopting a dog and asked if I could see the dogs I was immediately met with a nasty attitude by the woman in the office. She said we are way too busy here for you to walk or play with the dogs and went on with a list of how they can't be bothered with me. First of all, I never asked to walk or play with the dogs - I simply asked if I could see the dogs to understand if I was interested in one that you currently have to know if it made sense to go thru the application process. I'm a professional that works from home and would love to rescue a dog that needs a good home and I was spoken to like a child being scolded. This woman was disrespectful, condescending, and down right rude. The stench and filth in this office matched with the nasty difficult attitude immediately made sense as to why these dogs are not getting adopted out. I hope the board for this establishment understands they need major reform. I would be concerned as a donor to this establishment thinking my money was going to get these animals homes only to find out the difficulties the community faces when trying to adopt here. Sad situation, this place needs to be investigated..

You can truly tell the kittens are raised with care and love. The entire experience was smooth and professional, and the quality of the kittens is outstanding. We are deeply disappointed and heartbroken by our experience with Kittensup4sale in Pembroke Pines…read more In September 2025, we purchased a 4-month-old Bengal kitten from them for approximately $2,700. Before purchasing, we specifically made it clear that our top priority was getting a healthy kitten, especially because we had previously bought another cat from them that was diagnosed with a heart murmur at a very young age. Because of that prior experience, we stressed how important health was to us and trusted them to provide a healthy Bengal. Sadly, that trust was completely broken. Within about a month of bringing our kitten home, we began noticing concerning health issues. Over time, his breathing became abnormal and progressively worse, and he ultimately suffered what the veterinarian documented as respiratory failure. He passed away in January 2026, only a few months after we brought him home. No kitten should be experiencing severe respiratory failure and dying at such a young age. This raises extremely serious concerns about the health of the Bengals being sold by this breeder. After already having a previous cat from them with a heart murmur, and then losing this kitten so young to major respiratory issues, it is very hard not to question whether their Bengals are being bred and sold with underlying health problems. This was not a random or minor issue. These are serious medical concerns in very young cats, and in our experience, it strongly suggests a pattern of unhealthy kittens. We contacted the breeder as soon as the problems began and spent 6-8 weeks trying to resolve this directly and respectfully. Unfortunately, they did not take meaningful responsibility or show the level of concern you would expect after a kitten died so young under these circumstances. Losing a young kitten this way was devastating for our family. We were trusting this breeder to provide a healthy animal, and instead we were left with heartbreak, grief, and serious unanswered questions about the health of the cats they are selling. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Kittensup4sale. If you are considering buying from this breeder, please be extremely cautious. Ask detailed questions, request health documentation, get everything in writing, and think very carefully before purchasing. Our family is still grieving, and we would never want another family to go through the pain we experienced.

I felt some guilt for being a bad owner, having had my dog for years and having never sought the help of a trainer. As the sessions went on, I got over my guilt and realized that my dog has more energy and is more engaged now that he has been trained-- rather than having a dog that dreads being asked to "do things" like sit and stay--I find that he loves the challenge and engagement--and is hungry for more! And so I would say it is never too late! And if you want to build a relationship with your pet, there is no better person to help you do that than Laney!

This is a new pet store but I'm sure they'll be here for a long time. There is definitely a boutique feel here but I love that feeling of an upscale pet store. It's not a huge space and parking is a little tight but there's parking on the street. The employee that helped me I forgot his name but he was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products he sold. They have a little bit of everything from dog food, cat food, bedding and even spa treatments. I'm not in the area a lot but when I am and want to do some dog shopping I will definitely come here.
