If you are in Merida or anywhere in Yucatán marquesita is a must try. It's a thin and long crêpe and a pretty popular street food you can find in any commercial area of Merida. You can choose various fillings. I had cheese and strawberry. The crepe is very crispy, light and was fun to eat. read more
