A very welcoming, hopping restaurant. Clean and well appointed.People are a biz enjoy good company and great food. We started with the guacamole and Tecate lights and cheladas. Always a great choice! The guacamole was served in the avocado skin as bowl. We then had the sopa lima and cochinita pibil tacos. Both we very good. Loved the flavors in the soup, lime but not too much lime. Everything was so good we decided to order dessert! The panque habanero. Moist and delicious! My taste buds are dancing in delight! A great choice all around!

Seré breve y directo. LO RECOMIENDO In English- I highly recommend this restaurant. Order whatever the waitress recommends. You won't go wrong.

We came for the 2x1 breakfast deal (good Monday - Wednesday, from 7am to 1pm, only select months of the year) and paid $140 pesos for the both of us. This included our breakfast, free homemade tortillas, a juice, and their amazing house coffee made slowly brewed in a big pot with brown sugar and it is absolutely heavenly! The service is prompt and the staff is very friendly. English menus are available, and all the breakfasts are very well made with fresh and creative ingredients! You really can't go wrong with whatever you order, though I would recommend the Lol Tun (it's like a Yucatán version of Eggs Benedict!) Highly recommend!

This place was great. It was really exciting walking in and seeing the girl make homemade corn tortillas. We also got a sheet to check off if we wanted mild, hot, or ex spicy hot sauce. You pick green or red and then what peppers you want them to use. It was absolutely delish. Especially when you put it on your homemade hot corn tortillas the chilaquiles were good, but not the best I had while I was there. I would have to say the highlight was the churros. They came out pipping hot and were simply fantastic with my coffee. It was a great experience and when I go back it will definitely be a place a go too. The staff were all very friendly and smiling. They had someone there that could speak English so that was a plus. Google translate can only do so much. Ha ha read more
So Honesty is best policy Yes the restaurant has very clean vibe Not your ordinary Yucateco restaurant Mexican Yucateco modern feel. Arturo is great server He is hoping around and very friendly... Now the food...Lechon was basically carnitas The Panucho relleno negro trash Aslo it looked like tostada. Now it was nice to see Frijol con puerco on the menu without being monday or trying to find it before it's all gone by 3:00pm Back home we eat after 5:00 But for them they eat dinner during lunch...oh well Anyways Frijol con puerco was good hot and fresh...my down side very little meat and also very little of everything on sides. Overall would i come back....no Unless I really wanted Frijol con puerco not being on monday i might come back...oh and churros were ok read more

service is was 10+ and the foood was very good as well! they were not short on staff and. everyone seemed to work well with each other food tasted good and the portions were good! we didn't leave hungry ambiance was ok. kinda loud, feel it could loose some of the clutter and paint it white and make it a bit more calming, but it's not a spa so maybe they like it loud looking the food and service are worth a visit! read more

Absolutely delicious! Best spot in town. Service was excellent! I went to Habanero's twice during my week-long stay in Mérida, it was that good. The cochinita was especially amazing, flavorful, tender, and perfectly seasoned. They also make fresh tortillas and molcajete salsa, which took everything to the next level. I would definitely come back the next time I'm in town. Highly recommend! read more

Great service. Delicious and authentic Yucatecan food. Never disappoints. You can try some of the most traditional dishes in the same place. When you don't have time to visit many restaurants, this one will fill the gap nicely read more

I had some time to kill before Costco opened so I went to this restaurant for breakfast. I had the Uxmal breakfast (eggs on fried tortillas with salsa) and it came with coffee and a sweet roll. They also bring you a fresh salsa that is made to order in terms of spiciness. My breakfast was great and everybody here is friendly and attentive English menus are available and there is powerful a/c. Recommended! read more

Food is always good, but I have come to realize they don't like gringos here - my native friend always gets attention and today the waiter didn't even take my order - as much as I love the food here, I won't be back - ever - and if you're not Mexican, or Hispanic, all I can say is best of luck read more

The shrimp tacos, fresh made salsa and hand made tortilla are delicious at this place. The place is very clean and the service is good. They do take a while to bring you your order, so if your hungry be prepared to wait because they are making you fresh tortillas and salsa. read more
