I also have a pair of boots which have been rescued more than a couple times by these guys meaning I've got now three winters instead of one out of them. Their craft isn't necessarily limited to shoes either - I had a tired leather bag that I got dyed which brought it back to life for another season. The service is always friendly here - they'll go out of their way to try and do something to a specific time frame if you need it. Overall it is a pleasure to do business with these guys - I highly recommend them.

When I told her about my particular foot issues she knew exactly what I needed and brought me out a couple of shoe options to try on and made sure the fit was accurate for each. Even though the other staff member was also tied up and there were a couple waiting to be served Beth totally didn't rush me and wanted me to be totally happy with my purchase; she even talked about physio options with me since that's her background. There's a treadmill in-store so staff can examine your gait/strike, and they also work with their own podiatrists. I walked away with a pair of New Balance and have never been so happy with a sports shoe! Even though they are pretty dang ugly (honestly who designs these things) I actually look forward to wearing them. I wish I'd come here years ago!

Sure the prices are high but these are designer brands after all and to be expected. Although I have to admit Incu marks it up quite high. This place fits right into my approach to shopping. I don't shop often at all so I have a small wardrobe, but when I do I tend to buy investment pieces that would last me years. I have bought a few items here (mostly when its on sale) and even the most simple items look different when worn. My favourite designer is Alexander Wang and his casual wear line is amazing. He puts a bit of cool to my usual uniform of jeans and t-shirt! The assistants there are usually design students and are nice enough when approached. I guess the clothes speak for themselves and their demeanor reflective of most designer stores. Truth is, at current market conditions, I would rather shop online because you can get all of these designers on websites such as net-a-porter at much lower prices. But if I can't wait or if its sold out overseas, this is when I head to Incu. Lovely store with beautiful clothing.

Incu is great, expensive but great, I don't often buy anything as I don't want to spend $45 for a singlet or $120 on shorts, but if I had an unlimited budget and less clothes I would shop there. They sell casual designer clothes from leading design houses and their clothes cover a range of styles, but are all excellent quality and extremely stylish. It probably helps that in the last couple of years, the Ballet Flat has made a comeback. I purchased a couple of pairs and I still want that list to grow. Their website states that they have too many colours to list! They do a Toe Capped Ballet Flat in two tones. Also, a lace up shoe in suede or patent or plain leather. There are a million decisions to be made in Salvio's each of which will define your very own bespoke shoe. This truly is a store from a bygone era where stuff was made of quality and craftsmanship.

I would rather make these choices for myself and try to avoid wearing an entire outfit consisting of one brand name, Although I like Japanese design, these clothes are not so much for me, but I do very much like the shoes.
