They have onsite testing facilities, hospital & boarding. The vets there actually give a damn and offer top quality care to any pets that come in. They often go above and beyond what's expected when your pet isn't 100% - especially with my cat. Often I've had to go back in and they've been a total dream. They sell foods, treats, treatments, toys and a wide variety of items. They also sometimes have kittens and cats looking for homes inside the offices and have been known to take in strays that come calling that are sick. All around you couldn't ask for more from your vet here. They also offer payment plans if your pets treatment comes to a large sum so you can make payments as you go. Best ever.

They offer a great selection of cat food, and if you join their loyalty club, you can get 1 bag of super premium food for free for every 10 bags you purchase. You earn one point for each dollar, and get a $10 voucher for every 500 points. You also get a 25% off one item voucher for signing up. They have regular deals for members, which is good for buying food for your pet. They have grooming services for your dog or cat at this branch. They also have pet adoption services, but I've found that this shop does not get a lot of pets for adoption Pets are free to enter the store as long as they're on a leash. The late opening hours (8am to 8pm on weekdays) is also good for those of us who are at work during the day. The only bad thing I can say about this pet shop is that their accessories are a bit on the expensive side, and there are not a lot of choices for cats. Better to buy your toys and accessories online or from department stores such as Big W or Kmart. But they are definitely the shop for your pet food and pet health needs.

WORST GROOMING SERVICE EVER I took my dog in to be shaved…read morefor the warmer weather yesterday, they didn't shave him as I asked them to, they CUT him in several places and did not tell me (I understand it happens sometimes but I should have been told so I could make sure it didn't get infected) and I was charged an additional fee for extra time claiming he was difficult, every other groomer has said he behaved perfectly. If he was difficult it was because they are incompetent and cut him. Also very suspiciously he is now limping, took him to a vet and he has an inflamed shoulder not sure whether they are the cause but they did have him running around when I went to pick him up. Will never return very unhappy at the respect shown to both me and my dog.

I would definitely recommend the Roseville Vet, as they are always willing to answer your questions. I dropped by to ask a simple question about my cat and Nick gave me free advice! They smirked too, but I think they tried to make sure he didn't see. A dog with claustrophobia? Surely you can't be serious. Apparently it is serious, though the symptoms manifest themselves in different ways to the human parallel. Anyway, with plenty of TLC and advice from Mosman Vet the poor shame-faced pet is regaining his composure - though it's not been a quick process. Plenty of patience and sympathy - particularly courtesy of the team of caring and attentive vet nurses.

5/5 Stars - Exceptional Care for Faith! I cannot recommend…read morePetvets @ 296 Stanmore Petersham highly enough! After seeing the same vet for the past two years, my sister-in-law suggested I try this clinic, and I am so incredibly glad I took her advice. From the moment we walked through the door, the experience was seamless and warm. The Warmest Welcome: My daughter and I were greeted immediately by the super-friendly front desk team. They made Faith, our Cavoodle, feel like a total VIP right away, offering her a snack that she happily gobbled up. It really set a positive tone for the whole visit. Expert Care from Dr. Glen: We were quickly seen by Dr. Glen, and it was clear right away that we were in very experienced hands. Faith had been constantly licking her feet, and Dr. Glen performed a very thorough examination to get to the bottom of it. He prescribed a specialised wash and antibiotics to clear things up, and he also handled her yearly immunisations with such care. Above and Beyond Service: The "extras" here really make a difference: * GapOnly: I was so pleased to find out they accept GapOnly payments, which made the checkout process stress-free. * The Treats: The staff gave Faith another treat on the way out (she certainly wasn't complaining!). * Local Tips: They even suggested we visit Cafe Bones afterward. Faith absolutely loved her puppaccino while I enjoyed my latte. It turned a vet visit into a fun father-daughter date! Thank you to Dr. Glen and the entire team for giving Faith such special attention. You guys deserve all the recognition--we'll definitely be back!

So, I have been taking my furkid to these guys for the last 7 years…read more Only last week my fur man started to not eat so I took him in. Initial consultation and blood tests and other tests as well as antibiotics and food all came to a grand total of $506. Ouch, I know. But this is my furkid we're talking about - the money came out of my moving fund because you see, I'm moving tomorrow. I got a call from the vet yesterday saying I needed to take him back as he is extremely dehydrated to the point that the vet is concerned for his kidney's and that they may fail. Cue my hyperventilation. Being that I'm moving in a few days, the vet wanted me to bring him back in to be put on an IV to re-hydrate him to ensure his kidney's don't suffer. Sure no problem, however he refused to give me a quote on how much we're looking at because I wasn't sure how I could afford it without a payment plan. But the vet wouldn't do or offer anything apart from give me a guilt trip about how his kidney's are something that won't recover once injured. Gee thanks for the compassion and understanding. I've been a loyal customer for 7 years and just paid you a whole lot of money the day before. The least you could do after making me cry at work because you told me my cat's kidney's are going to fail and he's going to die is offer me some kind of payment plan so that I can bring him straight in as, in your words, "I classify it as a medical emergency". But no. You're heartlessness has cost you a loyal customer. If you're after a vet that cares, for the love of whatever gods you believe in, do not take your pet here.
