In unvarnished truth she will tell you exactly where you stand and what direction you should go. We felt as though our situation was in adept and trustworthy hands, and she did not steer us wrong. I believe that Sarah Hacker is an excellent lawyer, She has tenacity coupled with a degree of tenderness but never losing site of the end goal, which is to protect, defend and have the best outcome for her client. She will not run up a bill with chit chat or unnecessary communication. She is well respected in the community and has earned this respect following the values of her faith and commitment to her vocation with compassion to others. I would highly recommend Sarah M. Hacker to anyone seeking legal advice as well as legal representation that is fair, honest and will keep your best interest and unique needs at the forefront. If any situation arise, I would not hesitate to seek representation from Her. Truly one of a kind. I also would like to commend on the staff of Dias Law Firm, They are very accommodating.

No joke, Dias flat out lied to Judge Kelly, I personally witnessed it. If he flat lies to a Superior Court Judge, I suspect that he will have no problem lying to you as well. There are honest and ethical Attorneys, you just have to find them. They are rare, but they do exist and they will handle you case in a highly professional, honest, and ethical way. I also find Dias to be pompous and very arrogant.

My family's interactions with this attorney during matters related to my 92-year-old grandmother's…read moresurvivor trust were a very difficult experience for us. My grandmother had created a trust that allowed her to manage and use her assets during her lifetime in accordance with her own wishes. After she passed away, discussions arose during the administration process suggesting that some of her financial decisions may have been improper or unnecessary. From our family's perspective, we were not presented with documentation or clear supporting information that explained or substantiated those concerns. Hearing those types of statements about my grandmother after her passing was deeply upsetting to our family. She lived a long and honorable life, and because she is no longer here to explain the reasoning behind her financial decisions, it was painful to hear her judgment questioned in that context. The administration process also became longer and more complicated than our family had expected. As time went on, the prolonged nature of the matter created additional stress and increased expenses for our family during what was already an emotionally difficult period following the loss of our grandmother. Estate administration is often sensitive and emotionally charged for families. In my opinion, situations involving elderly individuals and their financial decisions should be handled with particular care and professionalism, especially when the individual is no longer able to speak for themselves. Clear documentation and respectful communication can make a significant difference for families navigating the loss of a loved one. I understand that attorneys must advocate for their clients and represent their client's interests. However, from our family's perspective, the overall experience made an already difficult time more challenging than it needed to be. This review reflects my family's personal experience during the administration of my grandmother's trust and the impact the process had on us.

I'm not saying this is a bad company, but I want to share my experience so others can be cautious…read more I was supposed to inherit my aunt's home, but her will allowed her longtime friend to live there so he'd have a place to stay. A couple of years later, I was contacted by a lawyer because the friend wanted to sell the property. I reached out to Lawvex for help. After paying about $800, I was told the will wasn't clear and that I basically had no rights to the property unless I wanted to challenge it. That would mean involving my siblings and going through another legal process that would cost thousands of dollars. In other words, if I didn't have that kind of money, they couldn't help me. Thank God I listened to His voice and continued to show up to court on my own, even without representation. The judge immediately recognized that I did in fact have rights to the property, and in the end I inherited a portion of the sale. No thanks to Lawvex--thanks to the judge (and God).
