Despite this, our documentation was repeatedly dismissed without any real attempt to verify it and with no clear directions on what would be acceptable. When my fiancé and I respectfully shared our frustrations after 2 weeks of transparency and attempting to work with them, we were met with "I'm sorry you feel that way", and a suggestion that we pay the entire lease amount upfront (23k+ for a two bedroom apartment) - which just goes to show how little effort they put into the process + how little they cared. It cost us $200 to waste our time. After living in multiple states and renting from several apartment communities, we have never encountered a process handled with such little diligence. Ultimately, we chose to withdraw our application and are happy to pay more to live somewhere better. Save your money on the application - especially if you are: relocating for a new job, an entrepreneur, or in the service industry. They don't accept cash deposits on bank statements, offer letters, digital payments from clients or rent, or employment verification letters, nor will they reach out to confirm. They'll be all too happy to take your money and turn you away.

It was fine for a while but has gone through many management changes and has gotten worse with each one. We were almost evicted in 2021 because management didn't pay the power bill for the complex and left a large chunk of the complex in disrepair. Arium came in and fixed most of the issues, but decided to remove any personality this complex had by painting everything grey. The signs are stapled on and the only laundry room in the complex has been closed more than it has been open. Of course, they jack up our rent by $400 and try to market the place as high end... It's not. Avoid at all costs and move to a place who actually values you as a tenant.

Our lease is 15 month long and we are definitely staying here for a minimum of 2 more terms. From day one we've been treated with respect and care. Errick the manager has been here since we moved in. Sully and Melanie joined a bit later. The front team has been nothing but help all this time! Super responsive and attentive. We've never had ANY issues with the apartment. They change the ac filters, do maintenance checks, keep the place super clean. The landscape is great as well. Pool and Jacuzzi is great and no non residence can be in there. Cameras all over. Super safe! We have a few policemen who live here. Secure garage is also available. Gym, yoga room where once a week James teaches yoga, pet spa, valet trash pick up 5 days a week. They always treat us with special events and food trucks. Omg you name it! What an amazing place! My 15 year old daughter absolutely loves living here. It's a walking distance to nearest cafes and grocery shops and local dining. So she can walk around with friends without needing a ride. I lived here for 3-4 years and I finally moved out reasons being that this complex is run by two ladies (named Yessenia and Emily) who are corrupt and lazy. The apartments (every single one) are full of cockroaches, mold, humidity, and a bunch of more disgusting things. Every year they will raise the rent, but don't expect them to fix anything. They charge you for almost everything, it could be for something so small like changing a lightbulb or missing a single curtain. When you go, they'll give you a tour and show you a pool, the office, and the gym. A pool that is not working or not open almost everything single day of the week. And the gym (thats open 9am-5pm) is also always closed because to enter you have to go through the office and the office is always closed because the management team is never there to work. If you like privacy, this is not your place. The management staff will knock on your door and if you don't answer in 30 seconds they will open your door and let themselves in without permission and not even give you time to put clothes on. If you're the type of person who has friends and those friends have pets, you'd better say bye to them because they won't be allowed to visit you again. Last but not least, if you don't like wasting money and you like being respected, for the good of your health, DO NOT move here.
