He takes the time to make sure he understands completely and explains the pros and cons of different paths to reach a resolution on the issue at hand. With such positive interaction and noting the other reviews that you have to scroll down and click the link to find, I can only assume that the response to the Christa S is one meant for another firm and created in error. Given Harley has a response I did not see a response from Christa which would be normal if properly placed to start.
