After having to make them fix the documents several times due to wrong names, or spelling or irrelevant information. They finally filed her case with the court ​after saying another lawyer (her daughter) would take the case. Once the case was filed with the court they called my cousin to tell them that they can no longer represent her due to a conflict. Mind you at this point they have already take 2k from their money. She was finally able to get the rest of her money back minus the 2k. Come to find out from other lawyers this is common, and she will refuse to take a case that will go to trail.
