You might want to watch out for attorney Frank Murray Smith my father late father had him do will back in 2018 and the original will that my father had him do Frank was propositioned by my father's surviving wife he rewrote the said will leaving me with a lesser inheritance, and now I find out that all my father's wishes were not follow the law according to Iowa Legal Aid so why would my father ask me to become involved in a in legal or informative position in his will as an executive then to turn around and supposedly leave me with nothing so I guess it proves that attorneys well some attorneys will go ahead and do whatever it takes for money it's truly sad that people would do this in this day and age but that's what I've got I've got witnesses to what my father's wishes were nothing happened to where my father's wishes would have been reversed or altered in any way and now I find out that there is as best as we can figure three different Wills so Cavite emtor, or in other words perspective client or buyer beware Once Bitten Twice Shy so if he'll do that for money what else will he do ! read more
