I usually don't write on yelp because I think everyone has their own perspective of a story or an experience, but I really don't want this for my worst enemy. Working with "Homesmart team" is like working with some teenage stubborn kids that want to revenge their failure by making your life harder. If you decide to work with this company make sure to read every single line of your contract or you will be surprised by their mis-presentations and how they make you stuck with them for a long time(the regular agreement's length should be 3 months but theirs was 6 months without mentioning) and guess what, they will force you to work with them even when they couldn't give you the service that they should've given. So imagine if you hire a wedding photographer and they don't finish the job properly, with lots of troubles and mishaps. And when you decide not to work with them they say, "you signed a contract so you have to work with us or just simply postpone your wedding!" Long story short, they are unprofessional in how they behave, at their job and in customer service. The broker is really unpleasant and stubborn even though, us waiting does not benefit her at all! (It's all just about giving us a hard time) and since she knows the headache doesn't worth our time and money, she basically said go pound sand! Our previous purchasing experience with a different company, was very smooth, no glitches, no troubles with a happy ending. I wish we had chosen them to work with again. My advice, if you want to work with HOMESMART TEAM please make sure to see the team member's resume' ,read the contracts, terms and conditions, line by line to make sure everything is with the norm even if you THINK they are trustworthy. At the end, in my experience, the unnecessary stress, inconveniences caused, and lackadaisical attitude were worth zero stars!

If there…read moreis anything I hate, its coming up to my car and someone has put their advertising crap on it forcing me to throw it away. Many leaflets ended up on the ground for responsible residents or gardeners to clean up. What a waste. Not a good first impression for me. I recommend finding a better marketing strategy, perhaps putting the leaflets at the doorsteps of the properties you want to potentially sell? Real estate agents are fairly easy to find, so I will avoid agents that leave trash on my car.

I was introduced to Jill Murty of Century 21 Beachside through a friend of mine. I was telling my…read morefriend about purchasing a condo and she contacted Jill that day. Within an hour, I received a phone call from Jill. I was already impressed. We talked extensively on the phone that evening and I decided to give her the task of finding me a home. It is now four months later and I am closing escrow on my condo. She told me in the beginning of my search that I would find my new home before the summer and she was right. There are so many good things I can say about Jill, I don't even know where to start. She communicated with me constantly and I always knew what was going on with my home search. She is thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. There is so much that she is doing behind the scenes that I am totally unaware of to provide me (and all her clients) the best possible service. She offers extras that I appreciated so much. For example, she provided contacts for services like carpet cleaning and vendors for other products I needed such as blinds. The phrase "value added" doesn't even begin to cover it. Jill also does something unique. When you call her, she answers the phone. I think I may have left her five voice mails throughout the course of four months. When I did leave her a message, I always got a call back. There is no rush when you are with Jill. She never seems in a hurry and you feel like you are her only client. I came to realize after researching her that she in fact sold nine homes in 2010 so chances are, you are one of many clients. It just never felt that way. She really does care. She is honest and I trust her implicitly. She is typically late to meetings but that is only because she is giving someone else the same exceptional service that she is giving you. So word to the wise, just get over it. I'd rather have a tardy realtor who is working hard for me than a prompt one who is doing nothing. I referred a friend to her she also found her a condo. I would recommend Jill to anyone who wants a realtor who really cares, knows her business, does it well and gives results. Simply put, she is amazing at what she does. You can truly tell she loves her job. Thanks Jill, for all you did for me.
