Gail and Brittany, the mighty mother/daughter realtor team at the Sedey Group, have been a godsend…read morewhen shopping for our home in Orange County. We are relocating from the Bay Area, which is a totally different housing market, where realtors don't do much apart from writing offers because there are typically no contingencies. Our experience home shopping in Orange County with Brittany and Gail has been night and day compared to our prior experiences. They have earned every cent of their commission (from the seller). From previewing almost every house to save us time, working connections so we can see houses that might be a good fit before they are on the market, to setting up vendors to do specialized inspections before closing escrow, Brittany and Gail have gone above and beyond every step of the way. They have saved us so much time and angst, especially since we are doing some of this stuff from afar. They have been incredibly responsive and communicative during the process, working closely with our lender to make sure everything gets done on time. And, when we had to work with a seriously awful selling agent on one house we were considering, they handled his unprofessionalism perfectly, always focusing on what was best for us, their clients. As Brittany told me, she views herself as an advisor and advocate for her clients, and it shows. We were the grateful beneficiaries of Gail's (who I would not want to be up against in a negotiation!) decades of experience. If you are looking for a home in Orange County, or considering listing your home, I wholeheartedly recommend the Sedey Group. They are professional, kick-butt women who will be your best advocates.
