I had Hannah Marie for this appointment and she did an amazing color correction. I wanted to try hair extensions for the first time and they fit me in for the next day with amber and they color matched me right there in the salon! It was such an easy process and Amber did a great job. My last appointment I had Katie Rose and she took my hair extensions out instead of me getting them moved up because I wanted to go lighter. Initially my hair looked darker but they said it would lighten up as it did! My hair is more of an ashy color now which is what I wanted! No more warm tone to it and I'm very pleased! Lori at the front desk is so helpful and sweet and Carmella the owner is so professional and knowledgeable. The salon is so pretty as well so that's always a plus!

Panicked, I went online and looked up blonde specialists, and Hair by Zoe came up immediately. The scheduling process was easy. You can book online, and yes, they are open on Monday! A rarity for any salon and so appreciated as I had to fix my hair before going out of town. I was anxious that Zoe would see my orange/purple hair and turn me away. Instead, she was professional, knowledgeable, and best of all, personable. Zoe was so kind and empathetic with the process, even staying later than normal. Her disposition put me at ease. She was very gentle with her clippers but didn't buff my nails and the polish was not very smooth. Not to mention the nearly non-existent color selection with only about four shades of pink to speak of and the color I did choose was almost empty. The people working though, were very kind and made me feel welcome. Keeping this in mind I am pretty sure that I won't be going back. The reason being that as I was about to pay for my service I was informed that they only except cash or check... There was no sign on the door, no prior warning. They suggested that I go to the bank down the street for an ATM, which I did. I left to go to the ATM with WET toenails. By the time I got back at least two of my toenails were ruined and I was thoroughly embarrassed. The entire service cost me 48 dollars, 45 for the salon and a 3 dollar ATM fee.
