They heavily advertise that their cameras and gated access makes their site secure, but apparently it's not. The recent break-in at my unit, which the security cameras missed because they weren't covering my area, just shows how poorly things are handled here. To top it off, not only did the cameras fail, but I also found out that they never gave me the information about self insurance, that was supposed to be provided when I rented the unit. As a first-time renter, I had no idea I could get my insurance. The thieves took about $8,000 to $10,000 worth of stuff. If the security was solid and they had told me about insurance, I might have had a chance to recover some of it. It's frustrating that I found out they didn't provide the self insurance brochure at the time I rented the unit, or inform me that my unit was not covered by video. On top of that, I forgot to lock my unit during the chaos of going back and forth to move things into storage. I trusted that IF anything happened their cameras and gated access would help deter a break-in or at least assist in providing proof help out the police. To make matters worse, they acted very nonchalant when we informed about the situation. They didn't even bother to call back when they said they would when they got a chance to look at the cameras (which took a couple of days). The complete lack of professionalism is appalling. I'm really disappointed with the lack of security and responsibility at this mini storage place. I am a new renter & I almost feel bad about only giving them 3 stars because the staff is super nice & their facility is so clean & new, very nice looking! Great security too but I had 2 things that popped my perfect bubble last minute. As I'm signing the paperwork I'm told there are gate hours (6a-10p). For me, that's a huge problem. I was told that 24-hr access could be arranged for an additional fee per month & it didn't seem like it was something that was ok. #2 Didn't know till I'd decided to rent that I would pay for the days remaining this month plus next month's rent & a service fee of $5 upfront! Wouldn't have been bad but the info seemed very last minute & I probably would've made other choices had I known before on either. But everything else is top notch when it comes to Mark's read more

Excellent surveillance and a very nice family owned business. The owner is very personable and prices are reasonable .

If you pay with cash keep your receipts! They didn't enter my payments into their computer correctly over the past 3 months and recently I received a letter from them warning me that they were going to auction off my personal belongings if I didn't pay them 250$. When I went to the business to contest it, they told me I now owe them 325$, my lock has been destroyed and replaced by one of theirs (which I got charged for the destruction of my personal property as well) AND the lady had the nerve to tell me "you have some nice things in there" which means they went through my belongings too! She then had the nerve to call me and my wife liars, saying we haven't been there to make payments since February. In a small community such as Conway this is very unacceptable and will hurt the business more than just admitting you've made a mistake and working with your customers to fix the issue. WARNING! After receiving a letter in the mail about a late payment I went to see what the deal was, because I've never missed a payment. They said they had no record of payment in their computer from last month. Angrily I payed the overdue balance and confirmed I was up to date. One week later I received a small check in the mail for some compensation for MY ITEMS THEY AUCTIONED AWAY. There were irreplaceable things in there :( Stay far, FAR away from these crooks!!!!! read more
