absolutely DO NOT go here! i couldn't stress enough how horrible this place is. Will overcharge you and do a HORRIBLE job on your car.

Came here after being scammed by another mechanic. Brought in for engine and coolant issues- $900 later, my car was still smoking same day I picked up(Friday),and the guy at the counter said " if it's still giving issues, bring it back Monday". He didn't even come to check it out while I was telling him what was going on while I was still in the parking lot (haven't even drove off yet). Hour later car doesn't start and realized they bent the latch on my hood so my hood flew up while driving. So now I have severe dents, a hood and side fender that needs to be replaced, all because they couldn't fix the car right the first time. Then I called immediately when my car wouldn't start and he tells me there was no engine light other than the coolant needing replacement even though my car has excess smoke coming out of the exhaust, no way you can tell me that's not some type of problem!! Makes no sense and I am holding them accountable for not correctly fixing this. Very disappointed and even more stressed out now. My poor car. read more

WARNING.....STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I took my car there because it was sputtering. The mechanic drove my car & said he could feel a little something so they would put it on the scanner & let me know what was wrong. The next day I was told I needed a tune up & I also needed my front/back struts replaced. Total estimate was $2670.93. I gave the okay & they started the job. Once I got my car back, my son drove it & said it was still not running right & a couple of the warning lights were still on. I called the shop & they told me to drive it a little further and the lights would reset. Also to bring it back & they would check it again. Well it was time for an oil change so I stopped to have the oul changed prior to taking it back. The shop where I went said I had no oil in my car (it needed 5 quarts) so I called MMM to let them know I was getting my oil changed & had no oil in my car. The guy on the phone told me I was the 2nd woman that week to call back saying she didn't have any oil in her car when she went for an oil change. We both thought that was strange because they didn't have any reason to be messing with the oil. I brought the car back & the same guy who drove it the 1st time drove it again & said he could feel a difference so they would rescan & take care of it. He commented that he would also check the cameras because it sounded like someone was possibly messing with vehicles after hours. I didn't get a call back right away but when I spoke with him again, he told me that he couldn't see anything because the cameras had started recording over itself. I asked to speak with the owner but he wasn't in, they would have him call me back. Well two days later I get a call saying they couldn't find where the oil was going but it evaporated & they would find the problem. Later that day the owner calls me saying he reviewed the tape & my car was on the inside & the other ladies car was on the outside and no one messed with either one of them. I asked how could that be? The only people who have ever worked on my car was them prior to the oil change & I spent too much money for the car to be running worse than it was when I brought it in the 1st time. He told me he reviewed the tape from his home & saw nothing. I said well that's weird because your worker said the tape had started recording over itself. He then said he had a different set up at home that the workers couldn't see. I was told I needed several other things checked because of codes showing on the scanner & so far I was looking at another $1100 or so. I told them not to do anything else to my car because no one mentioned anything else but the initial work that needed to be done when they did the first scan. They did not even honor their 90 day warranty, just kept making excuses of what the new problem could be. I'm not a mechanic I know gas evaporates but I've never heard of oil evaporating. I was then told by others that struts have nothing to do with a tune up & it doesn't show up on a scanner. I work too hard to be ripped off. I ended up going straight to a dealership when I drove off their lot & traded the car in. The only reason I'm giving "1" star is because I can't give them a "0". I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND MMM TO ANYONE!!!! read more

Total rip you off place paid triple for a service I had performed on another identical vehicle elsewhere

Over priced and under skilled. This place is a total piece of shit. I brought them a truck with blown engine. I even told them that was the problem. They diagnosed it the next day as bad spark plugs (I personally changed them less than 6mos prior and less than 10k miles). I agreed to let the fools change them. They said it was running better but they suspected a bad injector and that they should all be changed. I requested a borescope. They don't have one. I requested a compression test and if if was good, they could change all 8 injectors. The next day they tucked their tail and said I had 3 dead cylinders. No shit, I said that when I brought it in. I'll come get the truck and bring to someone more skilled to change the engine. They killed the battery trying to start it and left it that way when I arrived to trailer it out of there after I paid the assholes $800 for that shit. I later removed the spark plugs and they were all the same ones I brought it to them with. I put them in a box and returned to show them what I found. They wanted to argue that those black plugs were the new ones they installed. We almost had a fight and decided it was better to just leave. They are real pieces of shit. The fat man up front and the dumbass shop foreman. read more

Be careful and beware. My wife had some trouble with our car in Lake Charles. I consulted with my mechanic in Colorado and they recommended I seek a shop that is part of their national warranty program. So I trusted MMM. Bad choice. The issue with the car was warning lights flashing on the dash. The car ran fine but the warning lights were a distraction and she didn't want to drive it to Colorado like that. MMM diagnosed the problem as corroded connections (Colorado, give me a break). Consequently, they took the dash apart and cleaned some "corroded" connections. As soon as my wife set out on the trip the same warning lights reappeared. We took the car to my mechanic in Colorado. He said MMM didn't have a clue what they were doing. They, in turn, replaced a black electrical box and the car runs fine. I tried several times to get in touch with MMM. They never returned calls. The bill was over $600. Seek help elsewhere! read more
