Kitchen Faucet Replacement . Mark is the BEST around. He has always come through on various services and jobs. Mark goes above and beyond on every job he's done for us in the last 10 years. He keeps his promises on appointment times and on how will he will proceed with a job. I've always been apprehensive about cost because I've been ripped off in the past but I am always pleasantly surprised at Mark's prices and the outcome. It's nice to trust someone to do what's right and who has the customer's best interest in mind. He knows how to fix and/or replace everything I've encountered. Leslie -- Bennett Valley read more

Mark's Handyman Service - Handyman Near Me - Santa Rosa, California

Mark Daily is a licensed contractor. He has all kinds of skills and he does good work. Basically he does what he says he is going to do, on time, within budget. For me he has repaired windows, he did my exterior painting, he tiled my bathroom, he installed some electrical outlets, and he rebuilt a cabinet under the kitchen sink. He doesn't have a website, being kind of old school. You just have to call him. read more

Mark provided us with everything you could want in a Handyman. First of all he showed up when he said he would. Not always easy to get that these days. We had three projects at our house, all different. He finished all three in two days with excellent results. These projects involved electrical work, carpentry, appliance installation and removal of a large metal fireplace in our garage. He is also a very friendly, likable guy. Highly recommended. read more

UPDATE #3: I still wholeheartedly advise to avoid Mark at all costs. It is not worth the risk of doing business with him. After taking every opportunity to publicly paint us as dishonest, Mark reached out via message and mailed a letter to my previous apartment. He asked how he could make it all go away. We responded as can be seen in the attached photos. His response, as per usual, was to hurl insults hoping something would stick, in order to detract from the harm he has caused. There are better handymen in Santa Rosa to give your business to than someone who gives non-apologies, and cannot take responsibility for their actions. read more

Mark is Johny on the spot! Knowledgable reliable and just a great worker and person! Highly recommended!

I needed to do some floor repair where there was water damage. Mark was the only person who answered telephone on the first call. He was at my house and within an hour and started work the next day. He did everything that needed to be done. Mark was professional and does very good work at a fair price. I would highly recommend Mark and his assistant Ryan. They were great !!! read more

I was referred to Mark by a friend whose boss highly recommends Mark for his customers who need a handyman's services. Mark answered the phone immediately upon my first call and was extremely polite. We spoke briefly about the work I needed done and he arranged to call me back later in the day when he could better provide me with a service appointment. On the follow-up call, we discussed the service I needed and that it was for our rental. He kindly agreed to coordinate the appointment directly with our tenant. Much to my surprise, my tenant texted me to say that he was at the house the next evening. He ran a bit ahead of schedule and REALLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to get an inspection in so he could assess the work. Unfortunately, the shower door was previously installed incorrectly and it shattered when he went to work on it. He graciously took care of the clean-up and returned promptly the next day to complete the repair. We own a service business and most companies are swamped right now. Mark is a hardworking, honest and ethical service professional with exceptional customer service and we will be placing him at the top of our referral list for our customers as well. We highly recommend him and are thoroughly relieved to know that we have a great handyman available for the next time we need one for our rental property or our personal home. Thanks for all of your help and hard work, Mark! We truly appreciate it! read more

Whoa...gotta say, Mark and his girlfriend are awesomely skilled. So it's the day before Christmas Eve, and there's a chirping. A consistent, high pitched chirping that just won't stop. Cheep....cheeeeep.....cheeeeeep. Takes me a while to finally locate the source--a smoke alarm that is in the worst position possible: about 15-20 feet up a high wall right above a staircase. My puny 2 foot step ladder combined with an extending 1.5 foot marshmallow skewer are nowhere close to reaching it. I try chucking some cans at it to break it off. Nope, doesn't help. The chirping is driving me crazy. It's driving my cats crazy. I consider buying a ladder, but I have no hitch or ropes or truck to haul it back. My only other option is a handyman...but it's already night--a few hours away from Christmas Eve, and most handymen are at home with their families, enjoying the holidays. I call Mark, desperate for anything to relieve me of this constant chirping. He picks up (Yeesss!), and is over in about 20 minutes DESPITE being on a crutch with a fractured ankle and despite being the middle of the night during prime holiday season. Together, he and his girlfriend lug in a 20 foot ladder, precariously balance over the steep drop of the stairwell, and totally dissemble and replace the battery in the alarm in record time. I am not even sure how he could calmly get up that high with his injury...mind-boggling. Afterwards, they wish me a happy holiday, he quotes me a fair price, and they're on their way. But that's not the end--not one day later, I receive a voicemail from Mark, checking in on the condition of the alarm and also giving some tips on changing it out earlier with a 9v battery so that I won't have to deal with the chirping. I also receive an official invoice in the mail later with the breakdown of the costs an the date, which was great for my own records and reference. Friendly, prompt, and genuinely honest service. Highly recommend! read more

Mark has done a wide variety of jobs for us while moving into our new home: assemble and install tricky light fixtures inside and out, dimmer switches, fix plumbing/shower issues, install bathroom fixtures, hang mirrors and drapery rods, and so on. When our new pedestal table arrived 2 inches too tall, he took it to a welder who shortened it and repainted it and did a perfect job, saving the day. He is careful, accurate (everything square and level!), good at problem solving, and does excellent work overall--and we are picky! He is very knowlegable about paint, so we'll be having him repaint our kitchen cabinets, bathroom, and accent walls. What a great find!!! Laura & Max read more

Good to know a handyman who is responsive and knows his limitations and strengths. Mark was able to quickly assess the issue with the plugs and switches and get them fixed/replaced. He was honest, gave good advice and his prices are fair. We recommend Mark's Handyman Service. read more

I have never used Mark's services, and if he's the same guy driving an older whitish work truck with "Mark's Handyman Service" on the driver's side door I encountered while driving to work this morning, I never will. If his driving behavior is any indication, he has a serious anger management problem. My advice to macho guys with too much testosterone who can't stand being passed by a woman in a little car because they're going too slowly is don't put the name of your business on your truck if you're going to give potential customers the middle finger. It's bad for business. Just sayin'. read more

I call Mark and ask him if works Saturday as today is Saturday and my aging mother just called me to tell me my even older step dad did something with the water pipes and now there is no water. And she asked if I could help. My help could only come in the form of calling around. Well after making a few calls I get Mark from Marks Handyman Service. I ask do you work on Saturday he said not this Saturday but sometimes What can I do for you he says. I tell him about my mom and the situation. He says it will be a little later this afternoon but he will take care of it. Putting a senior citizen over himself. Thank you Mark. Now that's a amazing person and a great service. Mark Daily has been doing wonderful work for me on several homes for many years. He did a fabulous remodel of a patio and saved us several thousand dollars with his creative ideas and willingness to repair some areas rather than replace everything. He did an extensive remodel of a 1972 mobile home, painting the entire interior, tiling floors, closing in the patio and other various needed repairs. This was a long job and he worked diligently, always with a positive attitude and an open mind. Finally, he helped ready our home for sale after we moved into the mobile, making it look move-in ready for very reasonable rates. Try Mark Daily. He will come and look at your job, give you great hints on how to get the job done efficiently and he'll save you time, stress and money! read more
