Lance asked a lot of questions to get a better understanding of the scope of each task and then communicated with us about the material choices and various steps/preferences along the way. He did a great job with the transition and made it fit perfectly. The new pantry has several well-fitting shelves and it's trimmed out nicely (note that we elected to do the painting since the color was TBD). The outlets were easy for him and made sure we got the right switches and trim as well. He was very thorough and communicative.
