Now, the asphalt will literally come apart every time I pull out of my garage in the winter, and my concrete apron is now cracked. This cycle will repeat every year until the area is properly fixed: which requires cutting, excavating, and replacing the soil with a deep, compressed crushed stone base. When confronted, the company resorted to 'double speak,' offering a 'free sealcoat' as a solution. Sealcoating is a cosmetic finish; it cannot fix a failed foundation or stop structural heaving. They are essentially trying to paint over a crumbling building. This company ignores professional paving standards and offers useless 'freebies' to avoid fixing their structural mistakes. We are now approaching August, and they totally ignored the two emails that I sent asking when I could expect these corrections to be resolved. Never again!

Estimator unbelievably rude to my wife. They did do a nice job on repair back in May. Have yet to return to fill cracks and seal coat (now July). When called company to complain about rude estimator and ask when job might be completed, owner's wife gets on phone and defends employee. She was also rude, but said she would take over our job from rude estimator and would call us by June 12 to schedule completion of job. That was May 20. Still no call (July 9) and no response to multiple phone messages. HORRIBLE communication and customer service. Will update if we ever hear back from this company. UPDATE: Owner's wife called in response to this post, not to my several unanswered phone calls. Work completed the following week. They did a beautiful job. Quality of work 5 stars. Communication with customers zero stars.
