I returned to the salon to address the issue and requested a solution. Instead of taking responsibility, they denied the work was theirs and refused to acknowledge the problem. When I asked them to remove the remaining nails, they tried to charge me an additional fee, which felt unfair given the situation. I have photos documenting the condition of the nails, which I will attach to this review.
