I went to buy some plants to grow along side my daughter. (I was pregnant and thought it would be…read moreso nice to have a plant like that!) I didn't notice at first, but there was someone tailing me. I walked back and forth to be certain. Soon he was just standing two feet away from me. I ended up buying some plants (which I probably shouldn't have. One had some sort of blight.) I was going to ask for help at the counter. However, they were pretty rude at the cash and it was then I realized the follower worked there. Then two of them followed me all the way to the car. I don't know if they thought my pregnant belly was a plant or something, but I was just wearing a summer dress and sandals. No where to hide anything. Plus I was holding my wallet. No purse at all. Honestly, I was scared of the two workers following me. I called my friend to tell her just in case they decided to jump me. When I got to the car, they stared at me and quickly put my plants in the back, then drive away. I have never seen such behaviour and I'm still wondering if they were planning to jump or attack me. I will not shop there again.

They suggested the type and amount of soil I needed, and showed me the selection of hydrangea with explanations of how they're different. I really appreciate how patient they were with me! I have read the other reviews and have to agree with the poor services last year when I bough decorative grasses the lady at the cash said I a year warranty... so this year when some of them didn't make it threw the winter, I sent pictures and copies of the receipt and Angelo response saying that just bring a copy of his response email as proof of authorization to replace the grasses ... when I got to the cash I was told that i had to pay the difference ( last year the grasses were 26$ this year they are 39$ ) then to my surprise they would only give me a credit on 7 pots and not 10 pots of grasses ... I love there products but the the staff or policy of there company... I think they make enough money to not care ...
