Hello fellow Yelpers! I have to say this is my go to for…read moreoil changes. As a woman, I honestly get tired of being upsold on things not necessarily needed to be done to my car. The service techs don't do that here. You let them know what you need, you pull into the garage and sit in your car as the magic takes place. They will top off fluids, if needed put air in your tires and let you know if anything else may need to be handled in the future. They are not pushy. Oh, and they are quick! Not NASCAR quick but I'm talking quick. They are amazing techs who get the job done, who take pride in their work. I've been there 4 times and each experience has been positive. Give them a try! I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I came back again for an oil change, and Dom and the team were wonderful! They were quick,…read moreefficient, and polite as always, but they also noted my poor car needed some TLC. There was absolutely no pressure or upselling, just straight-up documentation of what looked good, and what needed help. I came back the next day and got valve covers and timing belt replaced. Word to the wise: There's a waiting area and restaurants nearby, but the shop is so busy if you are in a hurry you don't wait for them to call. I dropped off my car at 8:30, but there was already two other folks in the shop's dual bays. They said it might take half an hour to take care of the other clients and then 2.5 - 3 hours to take care of business. I waited at the Starbucks across the way and showed up a little after 12... and the car was ready to go! I could've shown up earlier but Dom hadn't had a chance to call me. I appreciate Green Rider's speed, efficiency, clarity, and fair pricing. Thank you!!

On April 21, 2025, I took my car to Auto Stop because it was leaking oil. I had been using them for…read moreoil changes and had always been happy with that service, so I trusted them with this repair. They diagnosed the source of the oil leak, and because I have an extended warranty, I went through the warranty process and authorized the repair. Their labor rates exceeded what my warranty would cover, so I paid the difference out of pocket. Unfortunately, this is where my experience went downhill. After the repair, my car continued leaking oil for more than a year. I brought it back multiple times, and each visit resulted in another attempt to fix the problem, usually by adding more gaskets. It became clear that they were taking shortcuts rather than properly diagnosing and repairing the issue. At one point, I discovered they had even stuffed rags around the oil pan. After several unsuccessful repair attempts, Auto Stop finally admitted they could not fix the problem. To make matters worse, during the course of their repeated repair attempts, they damaged the upper oil pan. Their only recommendation at that point was to take the vehicle to the dealership. That's exactly what I had to do. The dealership corrected the original oil leak and repaired the additional damage caused during Auto Stop's failed repair attempts, leaving me to pay for work that could have been avoided. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Auto Stop. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into more than a year of frustration, repeated trips back to the shop, additional damage to my vehicle, and significant extra expense.

It's been a while since I've gone to a quick oil change location. Due to my warranty/maintenance…read moreexpiring with my Honda Pilot I started to browse at locations I could get my oil changed and tires rotated at. I decided to go with Valvoline because there was a Groupon and based on their good reviews as compared to other similar businesses. When I arrived it was about 8:40 am on a Friday. Only one car was ahead of me getting worked on and Diante was the employee who approached me asking what services I was seeking. I informed him an oil change and that I had a Groupon. He performed an inspection on my headlights and brake lights then proceeded to get my profile started with them since it was my first time. A little after 9 is when it was my turn. Another employee named Viviana asked if she could inspect the inside of my vehicle such as my cabin air filter and then my engine filter. She was just as friendly and provided excellent customer service as Diante. I never felt pressured to purchase extra services and felt they were merely providing knowledge on things with my car when it comes to maintenance. I ended up adding the tire rotation into my service which I got 25% off with my Groupon. Woo hoo! All in all, about 40 mins for my oil change and tires to be rotated while conveniently sitting in my car. Highly recommend. I will be sure to return for my next oil change!

More often than not it's a 45 minute excursion in which they try to sell you a $50 air filter you can get for $10 and literally install in 30 seconds yourself, $20 for a fuel additive, $35 to rotate your tires, etc. all that is expensive but "normal" -- the real thing that gets me is time. Don't go if you don't have at least an hour of free time to wait.

Botched brake repair jeopardized the life of me and my son. When confronted about the negligent…read morework, the owner, Peter became defensive and belligerent. I am sending him a demand letter (see pictures) today and am prepared to follow up with a complaint to the Bureau of Automotive Repair and file suit. Other work was ok, but not problem free. I see that the owner responded to my review. My friend did indeed work on my brakes. He replaced the rotors and the brake pads. He didn't touch the hydraulics. Sunrise Auto did the work on the hydraulic lines for the left front wheel brakes. The failure of my brake system occurred because the brake line work was not properly done. Sunrise Auto placed the flexible brake line where it would rub on the inside wheel well, ultimately causing a break in the line and a failure of hydraulic pressure. As I said, this botched repair job put my son at risk of serious bodily injury or death from traveling in a vehicle with no brakes. Here's my personal message to you, Peter. You evidently ignored my demand letter because I didn't receive payment. The next step is the Bureau of Automotive Repair. And after that I will pursue other legal remedies. I hope the readers of my review and your response will take heed and will take their business to another mechanic who performs reputable work.

Really great spot to get your car detailed and an oil change all in one…read more My dad showed me this spot on a Saturday. Pretty busy but line moved quick. After about a 30 minute wait the worker here was under the hood of my truck working on an oil change. They don't go under the vehicles here but instead through the cap of the motor sucking out the oil with a machine. You bring your own oil and filter and they do the work here for $16. It came out a lot cheaper than other places and I don't have to worry about them stripping the oil pan screw. They were doing a great job detailing cars here and I asked how much my truck would be. $50. For the inside and out. I plan to go back and get a detail and oil change when I need one.

There are other hand washes in south sac but they pass them though a car wash so idk what they mean about that lol. They have specific open hours but I feel like that changes. There's been Saturdays I've came at 2pm and no one's here (they close 3pm Saturdays) so I've you're coming on a weekend come early. As far as pricing they used to have prices posted for cars and trucks but now they only do for sedans/cars. $17 for exterior. Very dirty extra $, Vacuum trunk extra $ Truck / SUV / VAN says check price but there is non listed . They do good hand washes. I normally run through quick quack on my daily and hand wash my Mustang but there are times I'm lazy and come here instead. They always do a good job and never miss a spot. For the price it isn't bad since it's the only hand wash. As previously said the hours are tricky sometimes. I've came time and they've been closed on their normal open times.

I don't know, but I went in to get my seats cleaned because an Uber passenger had vomited in my back seat, and so I paid them $100.00 to clean my seats (it used to be $60.) The rest of the day yesterday, I could still smell the vomit in my car, but I thought maybe it was the cleaning chemicals or something. Today I got in the car and it still smells like vomit. I put my nose up near the seat where the incident had happened, and the sour vomit smell is still there. So I called to let them know this. I was told I could come back and spend another $50.00 to spray some odorizer or something to clear up the smell. And I would also recieve a new cabin air filter. This is the second time I've had to have my seats cleaned for this reason (uber drunk vomit) and the last time it was sixty bucks and no more vomit smell. It seems to me that the ONE HUNDRED BUCKS I gave them should have been enough to not have my car smell like puke anymore! I am going to have to find a new place to have my car seats cleaned if this happens again. Pavilion Car Wash has gone down the tubes, sadly.
