Dr. Dankoski returned my call personally and went over my records with me from 16 (!!) years ago. I haven't seen this doctor since moving to Chicago almost a decade ago and he still spent 10 minutes on the phone with me explaining the information to pass along to my current dentist and advising me on what needs to be corrected. I was struck by his kindness and willingness to assist me. Thank you so much Dr. Dankoski! If you're in St. Louis/Kirkwood I can't recommend enough!

I've almost always been able to make appointments within my time frames and if they dont have any appts, they will call you if someone cancels to get you in! They also call to see if you want to come in earlier for your appts if they are moving fast or have cancellations that day. I love that!! This is no fancy chandeliered, trendy office, but its nice, clean and comfortable. Best part: they dont hassle and pester you for extra services. He doesnt put on the salesman hat of so many dental practices today. I also have tons of old dental work and over the past 25 yrs, other dentists have tried relentlessly to get me to remove old molar fillings and replace for no reason other than the "look". I never felt this pressure from Dr. D. He asked me if any were painful or bothering me, explained that if I wanted to get them replaced someday i could, and moved on. He is quick and matter of fact, yet is caring and answers questions graciously. He also sometimes answers the phone when you call! The hygienists here are professional and thorough. I really appreciated the receptionist they had for years, she was welcoming and funny, but the person in that seat last time was... definitely not that..lol. well, only time will tell...

The hygienist is excellent, although I highly would NOT RECOMMEND this dentistry for anything other than simple cleanings. This place is very costly and the doctors don't know what they're doing or they don't care. The doctor rushed through my fill in, drilling most of my healthy tooth away, leaving me in pain worst then before I got a fill in. A week later i had to come back for the same problem, instead of observing it he went in and drilled more of my tooth away. Saying it was my bite, the problem is it's very sensitive I can't chew or eat anything on that tooth. The procedure he performed didn't fixed the problem but made it worst instead. I ONLY know this because I got a second opinion from a different dentistry. Now I have to find a different dentistry to fix the same problem when this doctor couldn't do it right the first time, nor the second. I have had countless fill in but none have ever been this bad. I should have trusted my instincts when I had a chance to leave. ONLY come here if you're prepared for a headache.

If you use yelp, then you will save yourself from a lot of wasted time and disappointment, with that said, I found my dentist on yelp and could not be happier! I was able to fill out my new patient work from their website, which saved me time. I don't think I waited a whole minute before they called my name. Once I was in the chair, they started right away.....There is a lot to be said for a doctor's office that you do not have to wait...at all! I am not sure how they do it, but it was the most comfortable dentist experience ever; my mouth/lips did not feel weird after wards, because they were so gentle....more so than when I floss my own teeth! They explain everything they are doing, what they are looking for etc....although you are in and out in a timely manner, they do not rush. You get their full attention as if you were the only patient that day. I am actually looking forward to going back....

Just like other reviews, he was humming a tune nearly the entire time, making funny comments and his staff genuinely also seemed to enjoy their work and were so very nice! The office is bright & fairly modern in the exam areas, and I really like that they have computers right there to show your x-rays right away. But sorry, no TVs like some of the other dentists in the area, but that's OK with me. They do have music on speakers, though. The cleaning and exam were very thorough and I didn't feel like the Dr. was rushing off to another patient - he took his time and talked to me and reviewed everything, making me feel like a valuable patient.

I used to be a dental assistant studying to be a dentist. I know when a dentist is crooked and doing a bad job or making up that your teeth need unnecessary work. Dr. White is the best dentist I've had so far! The $125 for the X-rays and exam is taken off of the first procedure! The root canal is $1375 less than my old dentist! They even approved me for Care Credit with 0% interest, and worked with my financial situation allowing me to be on an affordable monthly payment plan. Due to sensitivity; I thought I that some old decay might have not been completely removed from two root canals. It turns out the bite was just off on both teeth causing pain from pressure. Dr. White filed my caps free of charge and is going to do two root canals on my back molars that have needed to be done. This is by far the best dental experience I hav ever had!

On more than one occasion, they attempted to take X-rays even though they knew my insurance only covers them once every 12 months. I felt there was a strong focus on generating additional billable procedures rather than providing transparent patient care. Patients should be fully informed about costs and insurance coverage before unnecessary tests are performed. I was also concerned by the lack of communication regarding staffing changes. Dr. White apparently left the practice after a medical emergency, but patients were not proactively informed that a new dentist would be taking over their care. Overall, I found the business practices to be lacking in transparency, and the experience left me questioning whether recommended procedures were truly necessary. I would encourage prospective patients to carefully review treatment recommendations and verify insurance coverage before agreeing to additional testing
