I value that the school follows a set curriculum and that my daughters are also learning Spanish. The structure is wonderful, and I appreciate how their learning at school reinforces the values and teachings we focus on at home. In full transparency, the beginning was a bit challenging. Since my girls were only two at enrollment, they were frequently sick during the first six months and missed quite a bit of school, which required me to rely heavily on my mother-in-law during that time. I also felt that the two-year-old classroom experienced a higher level of staff turnover, making it difficult to keep track of who their teachers were. That said, now that my daughters are older, there is much more stability in their current classroom, and they are truly thriving. Overall, I am very happy with the school and the growth I have seen in my girls. Special shout out to the amazing Miss Nay and Miss Tiffany! My girls adore you!

They see staff greeting, high-fiving, and acknowledging certain students, while sometimes looking past them or not acknowledging them at all. As a parent, this is concerning because children notice when they are treated differently. If staff are going to stand at the gate to welcome students in the morning, I believe every child should be greeted with the same kindness and respect. No child should start their school day wondering why an adult acknowledged the student in front of them but ignored them. A simple hello, smile, or high-five can mean a lot to a child. School is supposed to be a place where students feel safe, respected, and supported, but it can be extremely difficult to feel that way when you are being bullied or constantly worried about being picked on. Bullying can have a major effect on a student's school experience. It can make someone feel uncomfortable coming to school, make it harder to concentrate in class, and make a normal school day feel stressful. Students should never feel like they have to deal with these problems by themselves. I feel that the school needs to take reports of bullying seriously and make sure students have adults they can trust and talk to. When a student speaks up about being treated badly, they should feel listened to instead of feeling like their concerns don't matter. Teachers, staff, and administrators should work together to address problems and make sure students understand that bullying is not acceptable. I also believe the school should do more to prevent bullying instead of only reacting after something happens. Students should be taught to treat each other with respect, and there should be clear consequences for repeated bullying and harassment. At the same time, students who are being bullied should have access to support and should not be made to feel responsible for what is happening to them. Every student deserves the opportunity to learn without feeling afraid, uncomfortable, or constantly stressed because of other students. Education should be the main focus, not worrying about whether someone is going to make fun of you, exclude you, embarrass you, or treat you badly.
