I would not recommend this company Landlord promised to remodel several times never followed through I've had rodent infestation for over six months it took several emails text messages to landlord and maintenance guy They don't respond and when they do it's weeka or months after the complaint The apartment was left with minimal damage and this landlord took $1200 from my security deposit for fees in which are absolutely overpriced and ridiculous. Every complaint for maintenance he will try to charge you a fee if it's found that you are the cause of the complaint. The landlord who is the owner of the con company is rude and disrespectful If you choose this person to rent from be sure to take pictures of apt or house before you move in and after you move out he will make up prices and fees just took take your money. She worked around my schedule and was readily available to show me houses at any given moment. I have to say I probably would have lost the house I wanted if she didn't insist I go see it on my lunch break at work. Throughout the process, she was extremely thorough, professional and kept in contact with me daily. I have found my dream home and a wonderful friend.

I couldn't understand it, then finally an apology for the lack of responsiveness followed again by radio silence for weeks. I'm so glad I never gave this place a dime and I'm not sure how they stay in business. What a waste of my time! I'm back to square one! Please don't make the same mistake I did, stay as far away from these unprofessional as possible. I have a total of 4 emails or texts promising that they'll be out to stake out the property line and then they never show up. They're local, so would've been so convenient. I wish you luck if you use this company, I recommend calling them everyday for an update, maybe that would work?

She's a great communicator and will contact us (the landlords) whenever an issue comes up. She's proactive in either getting issues fixed or recommending service companies for repairs. She's also very pleasant to interact and work with. I highly recommend Joan and her company.
