Matt wasn't the lowest rate, the highest sale volume, nor did he cite a substantially higher sale price. We also appreciated that he recommended ways to highlight the unique touches in the home, rather than (literally) whitewashing everything as some other realtors advised. His approach magnified the things we loved about the home and the care we put into maintaining and improving it. I had a great experience with Veronica when selling my house. The market was not very favorable to…read moresellers at the time, with interest rates at a high, and many of the buyers were put off by the relatively smaller yard, but she managed to reach out to thousands of prospective buyers, and get at least a hundred people to actually show up at the house. I also had a tight timeline because I had to leave the US within a couple of months. In the end she managed to reach the right buyer. During the preparation phase, she did her own inspection of the house to get ahead of any serious issues. She then put me in touch and reached out with the necessary contractors to get any high-priority repairs needed. Finally she handled staging the house to make it look as pretty as possible. Throughout the selling process she and her team held ten days of open houses, and over 50 individual showings. She followed up with many of them, as well with other agents to get a feel for how the market was doing. Because of that we got a good feeling for why the house wasn't selling and then made further changes. When we got an offer, she tried to make the closing and negotiations as smooth as possible, and tried to handle most of the stressful things behind the scenes. She is friendly, smart and very hard-working. She will get your house in front of the eyes of a LOT of people, and then get feedback from them and gradually suggest fixes to make it more likely to sell. After reading several reviews I knew I wanted to go with a smaller vs. a bigger company (where they might hand you off to whoever or you get lost in the shuffle). SOOOOO glad I went with Liz! I really believe that things happen for a reason and people come into your life for a reason. In the beginning I explained what my husband and I were looking for, (which I thought were pretty strange requests criteria...because this condo was going to be used for our employee, it needed to be within a certain proximity, near the airport and within our budget). Liz just rolled with it and got on it. I think it was that night or the next we were already Facetiming a property we were interested in...that's how quickly she was on it! BTW she gives great video commentary and is thorough and honest with her review of the places. Not being there and actually seeing something in person for such a large purchase is kind of scary, but it truly was a great experience that I wasn't expecting. We put in about 3-4 offers starting in February and kept getting outbid by cash offers and waiving everything. Finally we found something that was perfect for us and had keys and were moving in on April 8!
