I had intentions to interview many photographers, but after meeting with Wayne I was completely sold by his professionalism, artistic eye and personality! His work is definitely on the artsy side, and I really like that style, so I was grateful to have found him. Wayne quickly showed us that he goes above and beyond a typical Bride's "expectations"! He made us truly feel like his one and only clients while working with us. Our schedules and photography vision were his priority. We met with him prior to any engagement sessions to get to know one another and we completely hit it off with him. He is personable, honest, worldly, smart and has a great sense of humor! At the end of our time working together my husband and I felt like we truly gained a friend. He made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera and I can't imagine this is an easy thing to do! His ideas seem spontaneous, yet calculated, and they work. He doesn't rush his work and was open to our feedback and ideas. When we had an engagement session scheduling conflict he offered to meet us on the 4th of July nearby our cookout on Cape Cod to photograph us on the beach as a pre e-session!!! And because he doesn't compromise his work and refuses to miss out on any potentially awesome shots, he basically ended up giving us 2 full engagement sessions (because we had our hearts set on Beacon Hill too!). I am certain this is not the norm, but this just tells a little bit about his character and work ethic!! Wayne dealt with all of the nit picky wedding questions coming from us and our parents with grace. He is quick to happily respond via emails, texts and calls. In our wedding video you can see Wayne and his assistants bustling around in the background working their as*es off!! My biggest regrets were: 1. Not providing him with my photo list sooner (I sent it the day before the wedding and we didn't really have time to review it together). I am typically a little more micromanaging than this, but I really think I just trusted Wayne and therefore wasn't stressing over the photos ahead of time. Looking back, there are definitely some shots we missed but that was 100% my own fault. 2. Not having him stay until the end of our reception. He captured everything I asked him to, and then some. Our families fell in love with him. I haven't stopped recommending him by word of mouth. Our friends are in awe over our wedding photos. We feel so so lucky! I cannot wait to finish the album with him and show it off! My husband and I are in love with all of our photos and we owe it all to Wayne! This review is way overdue considering HOW grateful we are :) We will hopefully be calling him soon for a maternity shoot!

I signed up for Christmas Mini's that were advertised 30 minute session and 12 photos. well...upon getting to her house she did not introduce herself or even ask my child their names I had to say, "hi are you Erin?" and even then she confirmed her name and didn't ask ours,...a very wham bam thank you mam service similar to a mall photographer. My session lasted approx 5 minutes and this was after requesting her to come back to take individual photos of my children (once she was apparently done she walked away didn't even say goodbye I had to ask her assistant if she was coming back or was gone), she came back once her assistant got her, seemed annoyed and said "we'll you will be missing out on extra family photos". when she photographed my husband and I separately his hand was placed so that it looked very odd in the pictures when I asked if she had one without his hand there she said no. Part of the service of a photographer is to pose people and notice if something looks odd and fix it, she should have seen this...it literally ruined the photos. she said she would look for a different photo to swap it with but she never did. One of the other photos she gave us has one of my eyes partially blinking...prob was the only option to send us since she took such few photos for such an incredibly short photo shoot (not even 5 minutes, she denies this but my husband looked at the time at the start and end of shoot it was less than 5 minutes!) save your money and find a real photographer this is another stay at home mom trying to make a buck.

My husband and I learned about Pizzuti Studios when looking for a wedding photographer. We were…read moreactually referred to them by another photographer couple who was booked on our date. We liked what we saw on their website and went up to Lowell to meet with them in person. We liked Rich and Ashley immediately. They were very professional but also had great personalities. In addition to providing us with homemade cookies, they showed us examples of their past work and gave us a tin containing their product and pricing brochure along with examples of some of their products. We left very impressed and, after interviewing one other pair of photographers, decided to go with the Pizzutis. Prior to the wedding date we had an engagement session outdoors at our wedding venue (Mount Auburn Cemetery). Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate and we had to reschedule twice. The third attempt was on a chilly windy morning which made things difficult, but Rich and Ashley made the best of it. We ended up with some great photos, even if our cheeks were pink from the cold and my hair was blowing all over the place. This session helped us all learn about each other and also really helped prepare us for where to shoot the best photos on the actual wedding day. (I would recommend doing this with your photographers, regardless of if they're the Pizzutis.) We had a bit of a unique wedding, with a small ceremony one day and a huge party the next. Rich and Ashley were awesome throughout the whole thing. They managed to get all of the formal photos we wanted quickly, without frustrating our guests, and were wonderful with the young children. (Rich has a great way of getting people to do what he wants without seeming like a jerk about it.) They took tons of candid shots at our party and brought a laptop playing a slideshow of some of our wedding ceremony photos. Ashley even got into a moon bounce with my husband and me and got some really great photos of us. They had our photos up online about two weeks later, shortly after we returned from our honeymoon. We were amazed at how quickly they turned that around, after shooting so many hours of footage the night before. When I first saw the Highlight video, I was so thrilled, I couldn't wait to share it with my husband that night! Their editing is fantastic, the music choices are original and thoughtful, the cinematography is fabulous! This will be a perfect way to remember the day for years to come! The whole Latimer crew is very friendly and easy-going. Laura knows how to interact with the subjects while she is photographing to get you to smile and look your best. Dan and Lori do the right thing by blending into the crowd while taking video. They were all very professional. Dan showed organization and dedication by scouting out the church and reception locations the day prior. The equipment is also very impressive, up-to-date and high tech (as you can see on their blog). We appreciated that Daniel was flexible about the type of media to use for sharing the video with our family - Blu-ray, DVD or web-based were options.
