I don't think you can say that about all agents. Kim helped us buy and sell our first home and most recently guided us through the purchase of our second home. She is the most patient, caring, considerate and honest agent we have met. Kim answers your calls/texts/emails very quickly. There was one time she went on vacation and told us her assistant would answer our questions if we had any. However, despite not having to, she reached out to us during her vacation for follow-up.
