I have been getting waxed for years and decided to make a change to Lindsay's. It was the best decision I have ever made. She did such a thorough job and I felt so comfortable the whole time. She was quick and made the experience easy for me. She didn't miss a single strand of hair! I will definitely be referring others to her. Best part is that she is totally reasonable! If you get waxed, do yourself a favor and try out Lindsay's. You won't be disappointed. I can't wait to go back! (Who even says that about a Brazilian??)

I took her knowledge and experience, and made an appointment here! They offer Groupon discount online. I also signed up for my appointment directly online, and they sent email confirmation as well. Made it nice and easy. The building is tucked away from the road** so it's easy to miss the turn! Just turn into the shopping center where the karate place is, but go straight back. The office is cute, cozy, and clean! Aja is very welcoming and personable. The experience wasn't awkward at all. She offered me a bottle of water as I signed the paperwork. We went back into a room where there was an electric fireplace going and tv on. It made the whole experience more relaxing and comfortable. Aja talked me through all of it, and honestly - I laughed. It took a total of about 20 minutes! If you're worried about the pain - don't be. It's not awful. If you can stub your toe on an end table and not cry - you got this. Aja even gave me the Groupon price for my first time (even though I didn't have a Groupon with me). They accept cash or card. And you can add tip on your card, as well. Overall; super happy with the process and the results. I'll be coming back as a regular.

For a total of $99, I expected much better service and results. The pricing also makes no sense. If a regular pedicure is $37, how does adding gel make the price skyrocket to $52? That's a $15 difference for gel, and the salon should really reevaluate its pricing because it doesn't feel reasonable or justified. The technician used a fake nail to pick at my nails to remove my old nails and ended up breaking two of them. I had to ask her to file down the damaged nails to prevent further breakage. The final result was only mediocre and definitely not worth the $37, especially considering how rough the process was. I also don't expect the nails to last more than about five days. Paying $99 to leave disappointed, with two broken nails, is extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this salon and will not be returning.

I know about…read morewaxing, I've given Brazilian waxings but it's not something I have ever ever ever thought I could do or would do. No way. I never ever thought twice about it. Yea, I know I just said that but I need you to understand how serious I am. But I was so sick of shaving it and sick of using Nair, I mean, why purchase organic foods when I'm rubbing something on my most sacred precious private area with something that smells like it's from 1980 something. Legit like I grabbed it off the shelf in 1980. I start having flash backs of perm rods with the first whiff. Google it kids. Ok so back to my story....so I decide to pop into this joint after making several appointments and canceling them. There's 2 women working the front reception area and they are just lovely. I'm neurotic and nervous and asking her ridiculous questions like "will I be able to walk out of here?" ‍ They are friendly and reassuring but not at all trying to push me into anything, and made me feel so comfortable. As soon as I said, "yes! I'm going to do it now" I immediately regretted it in my head and took a seat beside another young lady, at least ten years younger then me who told me it was also her first time getting a Brazilian. I couldn't believe how calm and cool and collected she looked, meanwhile I was frantically texting my husband, and telling him I'm doing the thing I've been going back and forth about doing for YEARS and his immediate response? Was "OMG". Because that's how serious this was, is, will forever be. Caitlin (the most amazing Esthetician I have ever met) called me back, just in time because I'm pretty sure the other young lady who looked calm was starting to have 2nd thoughts and looking towards the door after watching me twitch, bite the sides of my nails while forcing deep breathes and trying to calm down and text my husband for support, which probably looked something like someone in labor or having a panic attack and a seizure at the same time. Caitlin had me in and out in 15 minutes. She was professional and kind. And there was hardly any pain! I just can't believe I took this long NOT getting this done. I feel ten years younger. I look ten years younger. ok ok but seriously, it's amazing. Go there, ask for Caitlin, chat with the lovely receptionists, and leave feeling wonderful. No shaving. No 1980's perm rod flash backs. Life is good y'all. Highly recommend. This place is top notch!

She asked me what I wanted to do with my hair, assessed any damage, etc, and got to work. What I wanted was rather simple- to fix up my hair after growing it out from bangs/fix the layers. She razored rather well, and gave me blended layers. Nothing drastic, but essentially what I was looking for. The only thing close to a complaint that I have is the fact that not much came off my hair- an inch if that- and I was charged the maximum in the $30-45 range listed on the website. It was a little more than I was hoping to pay, but I think it was based on the stylists expertise level. From how fast and precise she got my hair I'd say she's quite seasoned, so I didn't mind the price tag. I just didn't know what to expect as a first timer.
