Their employee Jon Newton bought the business and was initially helpful, requiring a substantial up-front fee to bring my tardy returns current. He later ghosted me consistent with the 2024 review by others, breaking appointments, not returning calls, not responding to emails. It appears that he is/was a 1-person office, relying on offshoring his work load, a possible problem for complicated accounts. Note that the positive reviews are in the past Stenberg era, not the present. Based on observed performance I would recommend avoiding Mr. Newton at all costs.

Essentially turning our struggling business into one that made a profit. Apart from amending our past years tax filings we have worked with them with regular filings and it has always been a smooth operation. They work directly with our bookkeepers and access our books online via QuickBooks. More recently with the pandemic Ashlee was able to guide us with applying for extra funds from the IRS with the Employee Retention Credits. Without Ashlee's help we would have missed this assistance. Our company has been able to claim almost $200K from this government aid. As a restaurant owner we have been heavily impacted by the pandemic and the extra money means we don't have to resort to dropping heavily into debt.
