I've been there once. My adult son who is 25 went once or twice. Essentially, the woman who cleaned…read moremy teeth could barely speak English. I left not knowing what shape my teeth were in. She never read the numbers out, she kept talking to herself and I couldn't tell if she said I had too much plaque or very little. The cleaning wasn't very thorough nor did it take long so I was left wondering if she did a bad job or if my teeth were already so clean they didn't need much. The communication barrier was crazy. She spoke english but so broken with such a heavy accent I could not understand her. On top of that, my son had a 19 dollar bill after the fact. They billed me for it in my name. I called them to correct it and they told me because he is 25 and not 26 and is on the same dental insurance that I am responsible for his bills and refused to separate the accounts until after he turns 26. Which I believe might be illegal. My son is an able bodied adult who works and has his own vehicle. So I paid the bill and found my old dentist who had opened his own practice. He's 45 minutes away now but so worth the drive. At my cleaning there, I found out I did in fact have mostly 3's and one 4 on my teeth which is going in the opposite direction of what they were at 1's and 2's at the cleaning I had before Dental Care. So now I know I need to put in extra maintenance, get some mouthwash and floss more which I did mot learn from Dental Care and I lost six months from not knowing. I thought I was doing well, brushing enough and flossing enough. Which I do after every meal. The only reason this place got two stars was because of location and cleanliness of the office.

First because I didn't know that they are actually "Affordable Dentures and Implants", and honestly I couldn't be happier with the results. Came in for my first consultation, and had an appointment for 10:30am. I arrived at 10:30 exactly, was greeted by front desk staff, and taken care right away. Not even 15 minutes later I was already called in, and met Dr Cauley, who did the initial exams and explained me what the process would be for the day, step by step. Once done with images, Dr Cauley gave me my options, and explained what was the cost related with each one of those options. Decided to go with the implants, as I had waited a long time for that, and finally fell comfortable with a doctor. The whole process was divided in three different surgeries, and during all my visits, I had a great experience with no complaints or complications. Pros: excellent dental services at a very reasonable cost. Clean environment, modern equipment, and friendly staff. Cons: none.

I paid 12K in advance and waited for the molds to be completed. I called several times to check status so I could schedule surgery. No return call. Finally talked to someone 3 weeks later and scheduled surgery. 8:30am the day of surgery I received a call from Sherwin, the office manager telling me there was a problem with my insurance. From the day I paid to the day of surgery was 6 weeks. This was the FIRST time we spoke since he took my payment. No pre surgery call to discuss my concerns or to explain the procedure. I got a text asking where I wanted pain meds sent. Once I called the insurance company, I called back several times (25) to make additional payment so I could still have surgery that day. I was left on hold for 68 minutes; no return call was ever received. I finally spoke to the front desk and was informed another 11K was required up front to have the surgery. This came directly from Dr Neil. No offer for financing or payments even though I paid 12,000 in advance. Needless to say, I did not have surgery, and I am so thankful. If this is how Sherwin and Dr Neil run the office, I am terrified how my surgery would have gone. I did not feel like they cared about me as a person let alone a patient. Everything happens for a reason. Watch for red flags and act on them
