Another 15 minutes went by before the Dr. showed up. Dr. never examined me...then upon a scheduled follow-up tele health call, Dr. never joined the call. Absolutely terrible. Tele health call was scheduled 10 min before the office closing....so while I still sat and waited for Dr. to join.....10 minutes had past and I could not even get the office to answer the phone so I could find out what was going on. Then, when I called again, I got the 'off hours' call center who said they would reach out to the Dr. to let her know I was still waiting - but that didn;t happen either. Don't waste your time here.

During the visit, Dr. Cropper asked only a few brief questions and performed a quick ultrasound simply to confirm the pregnancy. The ultrasound photo we were given was blurry and off-center, but what disappointed us most was the interaction. When my partner brought up concerns based on our prior pregnancies, they were dismissed with brief, cold responses. Throughout the appointment, I also felt that Dr. Cropper barely acknowledged my partner or made us feel comfortable discussing our concerns. When the office later called to schedule a follow-up appointment, I explained that I was still upset about the care I had received and shared my concerns about how the appointment had gone. The front desk staff told me they would call me back to schedule the follow-up. Instead, I received a letter informing me that Dr. Cropper would no longer be seeing me due to "patient-doctor differences." As a newly pregnant woman, this was incredibly disappointing and upsetting. Rather than addressing my concerns or attempting to improve communication, I was dismissed from the practice. Front desk staff and nurse were kind, and based on the reviews I was genuinely hopeful going in. Then Dr Elias came in and it fell apart. He never once addressed my mom directly, even after learning she needed a translator, he spoke only to me, as if she wasn't there. He asked a couple of rushed questions, had her undress, then removed her drainage tube without explaining a single step. It hurt her, and she had no idea what was happening because he never said a word to prepare her. He said it was infected, walked out, then came back and handed us a slip for antibiotics. No explanation of why it got infected, how to care for the area, what to avoid, or what to watch for. When I turned to ask if my mom had questions, he was already walking out the door. My mom had other concerns she wanted to raise, but after being brushed off like that, she didn't bother. That says everything about how this visit made her feel.

I was given an appointment with Andrea Alvarez, NP as I was interested in HRT due to severe…read moreinsomnia. I've tried multiple medications for insomnia with little success. Friends doing HRT with other providers rave how their sleep has improved. My appointment was in May of 2026 and I waited to post this until consulting with other medical professionals. I have supported evidence that Ms Alvarez does not specialize in HRT. When discussing my insomnia, I told her that I didnt even sleep when I was tried on Ambien. Her response was, "If you can't sleep on Ambien, HRT, isn't going to help at all. " I truly hope she stops saying she specializes in HRT as after that comment, I was really taken aback and then she said she'd give me some estrogen as long as my mammogram was normal. At that time, I didn't realize my recent mammogram was within the last year. I have not called back as I've asked neurologists. My PCP and a sleep Specialist who all stated that was an uneducated statement and totally false. She didn't even send me for blood work. As this is the group my insurance contracts with my only option now is to pay out of pocket to get an opinion from someone who really understands the impact of long term insomnia on functioning and health and has some empathy and better bedside manor then to dismiss a patient in need based on in untrue statement.
