We choice this company because it was a small business and the owner seemed really nice. I should…read morehave gotten worried the minute they didn't have a 3D picture for us. They were even a little bigger bid then the big companies. Almost from beginning we had problems. They didn't get the permit in time, which delayed breaking ground, they then they failed inspection, had a cave in before gunite, the night before gunite they were still trying to prep the pool. They made our tanning ledge to big and put a step in the tanning deck. They did bring up later but still wasn't enough. They had over 20 leaks in the pool and we missed several concrete. When i complained about the color of the tile grout, the project said i was being petty. Then the cooping had a crack in a matter of days snd they said they wouldn't fix it. The jacuzzi has a leak, and now they cant put the lights in because they used wrong tubing. They said they would tix my yard because they dug extra holes to find leak. The owner wont return our calls. And the project manger said that we weren't being appreciative. They blocked me on both instagram and facebook so I couldn't get the word out to other customers. I have lots of messages where i beg the owner to meet with me but he refuses. I paid $100,000 so far and i cant even use my pool.

I had 4 *big* trees that needed to be trimmed. Several times recently my neighborhood's been flooded with letters from Wolfe Trees --"We'll be in your neighborhood next week. Call us for an estimate". Well, it worked. After trashing a couple of them I decided to go ahead and get an estimate. Why not? So I did and a lady gave me an appointment time.
