In total, I paid approximately $50,000 for a full-lower dental implants under the assumption that I was receiving high-quality, long-lasting treatment backed by professional integrity and care. However, less that three years after the procedure, the implants have failed not once, but twice. This is completely unacceptable for a procedure of this magnitude and cost. Each time the implants have broken, I have been left not only dealing with the physical pain and inconvenience, but also with an emotional and financial burden that should never have been necessary - especially after paying a premium price for what was supposed to be permanent, top-tier dental work. To make matters worse, when I sought accountablity and assistance from your office regarding these failures, you and your staff have refused to stand by your work. Desert Maxillofacial runs like a 'well oiled' machine. Everyone I met there was friendly, and knew exactly what they were doing. A few days before the procedure I picked up 4 prescriptions. Fortunately, I had no need for pain meds. Communication is excellent. I receive well detailed Post Op instructions. Someone called me the day after the surgery to 'check in,' and to remind me to start the prescription mouth rinse, and do warm salt water rinses. I make a point of doing my research before choosing a doctor. So I am used to excellent care. I believe that Desert Maxillofacial is the best run medical practice I have been to. I would never dream of going anywhere else for implants and dental surgery.
